Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) continues to try to make himself a thing despite the embarrassing defeat the "manly" Democrat vice presidential nominee and then-Vice President Kamala Harris suffered in November's presidential election and despite the fact that it makes him come off as quite imbecilic.
When last we left you, Walz was giving the commencement address at the University of Minnesota, where he promptly went political on a day that was meant to honor the graduates and their hard work and accomplishments, not take partisan cheap shots as you test the waters for a possible 2028 presidential run.
Except, as we reported, Walz went even further, disgustingly portraying ICE agents as a "modern-day Gestapo."
"I'm gonna start with the flashing red light — Donald Trump's modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets. They're in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons," Walz proclaimed.

On Thursday, Walz took to the Twitter/X machine to make another allegation, with this one being that "This is what the road to authoritarianism looks like."
Needless to say, Twitter netizens let him have it.
"Tim Walz set up a snitch line for Minnesotans to report their neighbors for violating his COVID lockdowns and signed a law allowing the state to seize children from parents who try to protect them from chemical or surgical mutilation," Townhall senior columnist Spencer Brown observed.
"Biden’s DoJ twists the law to indict his rival. His auto-pen presidency censors social media to bury the truth during a pandemic," Fox News anchor David Asman noted. "The same admin gets the entire media to kill a true story about the president’s son that implicates 'the big guy.' And Trump’s the authoritarian?!!"
