Whoa: The Meltdown of All Time From Jamie Raskin When Cornered About Abrego Garcia

In the middle of what was a crazy news day on Thursday, there was also a truly unhinged interview with Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) by Nick Sortor.

Sortor caught up with Raskin outside Congress. He asked him if he still supported Kilmar Abrego Garcia after charges had been filed against him. The wild-eyed, unhinged response from Raskin was something else; he was truly triggered. Sortor brought up accusations previously made by Abrego Garcia's wife. It should be noted that Abrego Garcia hasn't been charged with anything regarding those prior accusations, and he hasn't been convicted of a criminal charge to date, although he has now been charged with some serious offenses.

Raskin then started ranting about "Q Anon" and telling Sortor to return to Q Anon. "Get out of my face, you little fascist!" Raskin ranted.

Sortor asked if Raskin condemned the transport of illegal aliens in the United States. Raskin then started screeching, asking if he "believed in due process."

Sortor responded, "Absolutely!"

Raskin replied, "Alright, good, now get out of my face."

Sortor pursued him to ask if he supported removing criminal illegal aliens from the country. That's when Raskin really lost it and claimed Elon Musk was illegal. He screamed at Sortor, asking if he supported "removing Elon Musk," followed by something unintelligible.

Now, Sortor was pressing him, but still to lose it to that degree was wild and embarrassing. Talk about Democrats imploding, here's a big example of why. The proper response would be to respond calmly and treat everyone like a constituent. But he couldn't even do that. Sortor even told him he was filming the whole thing, yet he still couldn't stop himself from losing it.

You have to wonder if Elon Musk will have a response to Raskin's accusation that he is in the country illegally. That just sounded desperate and petty. I'm not sure how that would act as a defense for the Democrats' crazy embrace of illegal aliens in any event.

Now, the Democrats continue down this path with their reaction to the incident involving Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA).

And Raskin? He's marching, guys. He's marching. So bravely marching.
