The Minnesota voting scandal is reaching epic proportions as a number of stunning investigative reports have made it clear: Election integrity in the deep blue state is an absolute joke.
Except nobody is laughing. One of the most shocking testaments to how broken elections are in the Northern Plains state came via election activist Scott Presler.
I FOUND IT!

"I FOUND IT!" he said on X. "This is an Election Judge training video for Carver County, Minnesota, from 2024."
The following is from the transcript.
“Do not ask to see an identification card.”
“If a voter presents identification, thank the voter & inform them that an identification card is not required if they are registered.”
“Have the voter confirm their name & address; point to the oath & have them review the oath. Instruct the voter to sign their name.”
Presler then made his case for passing stronger election integrity laws.
"Election fraud in Minnesota is as simple as knowing someone’s name, address, & signing a signature. No ID is required. Our elections are broken. Pass the SAVE America Act!"
Then he added: "*Note: ID isn’t required if you’re registering to vote via vouching — 'You are the ID'."

As Presler noted earlier, it is Minnesota policy that one "registered Minnesota voter can vouch for up to 8 persons (without an ID)."
BREAKING

1 registered Minnesota voter can vouch for up to 8 persons (without an ID).
In St. Louis County (Duluth, MN), 737 of the 13,375 voters that registered to vote on Election Day in 2024
“proved their residence through vouching.”
737 / 13,375 = 5.5

This comes amid a report by Cam Higby that purportedly shows a Minnesota judge's manual that informs the state's policy on "vouching."
Hey, why is “Voter does not have a SSN” an option under Minnesota’s vouching program?

"Hey, why is 'Voter does not have a SSN' an option under Minnesota’s vouching program?" Higby wrote on X. "This is a screenshot from a Minnesota Election Judge training handbook - provided to me by an election judge."
And investigative journalist Muckraker showed how this works in practice.

As Muckraker wrote on X:
BREAKING: Hidden camera captures Minnesota poll workers confirming alleged foreign terror organization members can vote if vouched for. We put Minnesota’s voter “vouching” system to an extreme test by asking if it was okay to vouch for alleged Hamas militants who had recently come to America from the Gaza Strip.
An election worker said, “You can vouch for up to 8 people,” and added, “If you’re vouching for them, they wouldn’t need to show anything,” referring to the alleged Hamas members we asked about registering to vote. We were also told that the person doing the vouching “is the documentation.”
Minnesota Secretary of State continues to claim the vouching system is safe and secure. Our investigation shows the opposite. We are calling for a formal audit of Minnesota’s voter vouching system. This report was produced in partnership with @ctznjusticelg.
The Secretary of State refuted the report, but Higby continued to press the case.

"MINNESOTA SECRETARY OF STATE CAUGHT IN DEVASTATING LIE: He implies that I lied in my video, saying a person vouched for at Minnesota polling sites would need to prove Identity," he responded. "In fact the opposite is true. Below are screenshots of the election judge training handbook."
"This is a step by step guide for vouching using screen grabs from their computer systems," he added. "It was provided to me by a Minnesota election judge."
"It does not list ID’s a vouchee must provide, instead it lists ID’s that they DO NOT NEED TO PROVIDE," he continued. "These include ID cards and SSN."
"The first step instructs judges to select an option that says 'voter does not have Minnesota drivers license, ID card, or SSN.' it says that a judge should list 'vouched for' under 'type of ID'."
Voters witnessing these mind-boggling reports are beyond "feeling Minnesota." If election officials do not fix our voting, public trust in elections will collapse.
