President Donald Trump wasted no time on Wednesday and immediately issued a proclamation honoring the victims of the mass shooting at a Catholic school in Minnesota.
Posted on the White House website, the proclamation read, "HONORING THE VICTIMS OF THE TRAGEDY IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA," as he ordered the flags to be flown at half-staff at the White House and all public buildings and grounds across the country. It followed the horrific headlines about how two children were dead, and more than a dozen other kids were injured after a gunman opened fire while they were attending mass at Annunciation Catholic School on Wednesday morning, as RedState reported.
