We saw enraged women across the country prove that the fairer sex can be just as unpleasant and revolting as any man could ever be during the pink hat protests of 2017. We saw agitators burn down and loot city after city during the 2020 George Floyd-“Summer of Love” riots. We’ve witnessed dozens of examples of radicals vandalizing universities and screaming, "Globalize the Intifada." 

For the last six nights, meanwhile, we’ve watched anti-ICE protesters loot, destroy property, and attack federal agents in LA as Mayor Karen Bass and Gov. Gavin Newsom took little action to stop them. Instead just kept unleashing verbal and social media assaults at President Donald Trump and his insistence that we actually follow the law.

What do all these events have in common? Several things: they appear to be well-financed and organized by shadowy organizations, they almost always turn violent, and they’re not only tolerated but cheered on by Democrats and the corrupt media. (To be fair, the one action that does not fit in with this description is Jan. 6., but despite the knicker-twisting of the left,  that protest caused nowhere near the destruction or loss of life as the BLM riots.)

So what fresh hell has the Marxist crowd cooked up for us now? “No Kings Day,” and it’s coming to cities across the country Saturday, the exact same day that a military parade will march through Washington, DC to celebrate the 250^th anniversary of the U.S. Army. 

What could go wrong?

This needs to be shut down.

Don’t be surprised if you see plenty of Antifa action in—as Rep. Nancy Pelosi calls it—"the exuberance of the moment":

The nokings.org website says their main goal is to try to annoy President Donald Trump:

On June 14—Flag Day—Donald Trump wants tanks in the street and a made-for-TV display of dominance for his birthday. A spectacle meant to look like strength. But real power isn’t staged in Washington. It rises up everywhere else.

Instead of allowing this birthday parade to be the center of gravity, we will make action everywhere else the story of America that day: people coming together in communities across the country to reject strongman politics and corruption.

They claim there are some 1,500 rallies planned, but one notable location where they will not be appearing: Washington, DC. They say they don't want to be anywhere near a “costly, wasteful, and un-American birthday parade,” but, more likely, they don’t want to be around Donald Trump, all the military forces that will be at the parade, and the DOJ.

The organization’s “partner” page lists dozens of NGOs and leftist organizations backing the mass action:

The American people are paying for the communists to riot and destroy America.

Expect to see lots of purple-haired LGBTQ advocates shrieking in the streets, barechested, masked dudes running around with anti-Israel posters, anti-ICE protesters waving Mexican flags, numerous “EXPLETIVE DONALD TRUMP!” signs, pro-abortion ladies back in their pink hats, drag queens for men in women's sports, and “Queers for Palestine” along with demonstrators for virtually every other leftwing cause you can think of. 

They don’t really have a center; folks like these really just enjoy protesting against… anything. And everything.

So far in Trump’s second term, “the Resistance” has mostly lost its juice and come across as inept and pathetic. We’ll see if they turn that around with a big turnout this weekend.

For my part, I truly hope “No Kings Day” fizzles like a dud firecracker and we can go back to enjoying our summer and not having to deal with these crazies.
