President Trump ordered Secret Service protection for former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas revoked, the agency confirmed Monday.

Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi also confirmed that security details for Hunter and Ashley Biden have officially ended.

“Former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Mr. Hunter and Ms. Ashley Biden and their families are no longer protectees of the United States Secret Service,” Guglielmi said in an email to the Washington Post.

Mayorkas was not subject to automatic protection after he served in the Biden administration, but former President Joe Biden gave him a six-month extension before he left the Oval Office.

The protection would have expired in July. Trump terminated it roughly four months early.

The revocation of the Bidens protection comes just one week after the President announced the move.

“Please be advised that, effective immediately, Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection,” Trump wrote at the time. “Likewise, Ashley Biden, who has 13 agents, will be taken off the list.”

In addition, President Trump removed Secret Service protection from former national security adviser John Bolton on his first day back in the White House.

Mayorkas was, in an understatement, a complete and utter disaster as DHS Secretary. Under his watch, the door to the southern border was swung wide open — well over 10 million illegal immigrants entered the country, including 1.8 million known “gotaways” who slipped past Border Patrol.

He also had his hand in multiple security failures involved in the assassination attempts against Donald Trump, reportedly ignoring “repeated requests” for stronger Secret Service protection for the former president.

The irony in this man having his personal security detail revoked is not lost on anyone.

Upon his confirmation back in 2022, Mayorkas was heralded first and foremost for being “the first Latino and immigrant” to serve in the role.

Despite the word "security" being in his department name and title, Mayorkas promptly made the southern border of the United States the most insecure in this nation’s history.

Mayorkas, in February of 2024, became the first Cabinet secretary to be impeached in 150 years due to his utter incompetence in protecting the American people from murderers and rapists invading the southern border.

Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
