Watch: President Trump Presents World Cup Trophy to Spain

As Jerry Wilson reported earlier, Spain won the final of the World Cup

The final game had no score through regular time. Argentina seemed largely out of it, except for their goalkeeper, Emiliano Martínez, who was on point with great save after great save. Their one bright spot of the game, Martínez, set a World Cup record for most saves in a final with 11.

But Spain then prevailed with a goal in extra time. 

President Donald Trump was in attendance to help recognize the winners.

Trump and FIFA President Gianni Infantino walked out to the enthusiastic crowd.

He awarded medals to each of the players, including Argentina's star, Lionel Messi. 

They then awarded the trophy.
