Video Released of Judge Hannah Dugan's Alleged Encounter With ICE Agents

Video has now been released of the actions allegedly taken in the case of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan.

Dugan faces two federal charges: "obstructing or impeding proceeding before a department or agency of the United States" and "concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest" for her alleged actions on April 18 regarding an illegal alien, Eduardo Flores Ruiz.

The video was released by Milwaukee County in response to an open records request and allegedly shows the Judge confronting federal agents outside of her courtroom and directing them to see the chief judge. The government alleges Dugan then allowed Flores-Ruiz to go through a doorway typically allowed for jurors. It then allegedly shows Flores-Ruiz coming out into the hallway with his attorney. He is followed by another agent, who then follows him outside, where he is subsequently arrested.

It is a bit unusual to get video like this, this early, when the case is still pending. Some in the media were stunned that they got it, but it wasn't clear why.

Judge Dugan has pleaded not guilty, and her attorneys filed a motion to dismiss, arguing she had judicial immunity for her official acts, just a bizarre argument. She's also managed with the luck of the draw to draw a Clinton-appointed judge.

FBI Director Kash Patel posted a picture of the arrest on X, stating that no one was above the law.

What was also bizarre was how some Democrats went over the edge on the issues, acting as though it was abnormal for ICE to arrest illegal aliens, that this was some fascist move.

Sen. Tina Smith (D-MN) accused President Donald Trump of arresting judges he didn't "like." Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), who pretends to be a moderate, claimed this was a "constitutional crisis." Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) urged people to all rise "against it."

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) called it an "outrage." Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) unbelievably said it "threatens the rule of law."

Then Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) made things worse with what he said.

Trump and Bondi can't just decide to arrest sitting judges at will and threaten judges into submission.
This is a dangerous escalation, an attack on the separation of powers, and we will fight this with everything we have.

It says everything about Congressional Democrats if they think normal enforcement of the law - arresting illegal aliens - is wrong. They just keep stepping in it, with the American public, when it comes to illegal immigration-related issues. If they think this is going to be a winning issue, they're sadly mistaken, and they're going to find out, big time, come 2026.
