Hunter Biden's Interview With Moby Is Wild: Republicans Trying to 'Kill Me' to End Biden Presidency

Moby, the musician, has a podcast called "Moby Pod."

As it turns out, he also happens to be a friend of Hunter Biden and did a podcast with him, Part 1 of which dropped on Friday, one day after new tax charges just dropped against him.

BREAKING: Hunter Biden Indicted in California (Updated)

Big Indictment Drops Against Hunter Biden, but There May Be More yet to Come

Moby said he doesn't want to try to change your opinion about Hunter, but the podcast is a festival of how poor Hunter has been misunderstood and treated badly by the right wing and the media. Oh, and they plugged his book that he wrote.

The podcast was recorded in Malibu, at Hunter's painting studio "perched above the majestic Pacific Ocean."

Hunter complained that the NY Post doxxed where he used to live. He claimed that he then had "men in MAGA hats" showing up and knocking on his door, and they had to flee the house. Did they shout, "This is MAGA country"? That's what I think of that story.

The spin from Hunter is next level. According to him, all this focus on him is about trying to undermine his father's confidence and ability to campaign, particularly "after the death of my brother." Then he claimed the right wing was attacking his addiction.

Hunter claimed he'd never seen anything like the attacks on him. Moby said that in the past, such focus was on presidential candidates like Hillary Clinton, and previously, "she had been universally loved." I almost choked at that one because that's remarkably clueless. One of the reasons Hillary Clinton lost was because she was despised in the 90s by many Americans. She was a horrible candidate because she was so disliked, in part because of scandals.

This take was something else as he painted himself as the victim (leaving out any of the things he or his father might have done) of those vicious people on the right who want to do in his father.

“What they’re trying to do is they’re trying to kill me, knowing that it will be a pain greater than my father could be able to handle, and so therefore destroying a presidency in that way,” Hunter Biden said in the interview published Friday.

“I realized that, that it’s not about me. And then the second thing that I realized is that these people are just sad, very, very sick people that have most likely just faced traumas in their lives that they’ve decided that they are going to turn into an evil that they decide that they’re going to inflict on the rest of the world,” he added.

Hunter cast the investigations into his actions as "conspiracy theories." So it isn't his alleged crimes or corruption; it's that anyone raising questions or criticizing him is just "sick." He said people like Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) were somehow injured, which is why they go after him. He even blamed Trump for people's criticism of him, saying he gave "voice" to people's "rage." "Here, I'm going to tell you who to hate," Hunter said about Trump.

Funny, I thought it was Hunter's father who gave a speech in Philadelphia demonizing millions of Americans because they supported Trump and painting them as a danger to the country.

He even hit the Russian disinformation talking points despite his laptop being real.

"This may not in every aspect be a Russian disinformation campaign, but it literally has every earmark of what the Russians did!"

My gosh, the spin and manipulation are off the charts with this one. He's still pushing some aspect of Russia, Russia, Russia. The problem, of course, is that facts are on the laptop and in the indictment.

He even talked about Vladimir Putin, asserting that instead of arguing with his opponents on the merits, Putin "labeled them pedophiles, he planted child pornography on their laptops." Then Hunter said Putin would accuse the opponent of being a "money launderer," and it would be an easier concept to sell because you already think bad things about the person.

This guy is a piece of work. Is he suggesting things were planted on his laptop? That's not going to work, but it's fascinating that he's going there.

He blamed Donald Trump for claiming the Biden family was a criminal enterprise. But it wasn't Trump, but the FBI investigating these questions. It wasn't Trump that made him allegedly not file his taxes. It wasn't Trump's son who got money from Chinese associates or Trump who then lied about it, as Joe did.

Hunter even tried to attack the concern regarding transgender issues, saying that the number of transgender people was infinitesimally small, without realizing that fact sort of makes the point being made on the right. They go into deep liberal delusion, saying Republicans are wrong on every issue, so they need hate as a narrative.

Moby claimed Republicans are "anti-immigrant," No, we're anti-illegal aliens who break the law and tap our already overtaxed resources. Speak to the Democratic mayors of New York and El Paso. They have a problem too. But Biden is in la la land of unreality, and you can see it with Moby pushing the narrative drilled into him, even as he tries to claim it's other people following narratives.

Then Moby said for being "pro-life," they support no regulations on "automatic weapons and guns." Um, Moby? Automatic weapons are not available for most of the public; you can only acquire them under special circumstances. So when you don't even know what you are talking about, maybe you should educate yourself before speaking. Then for Christians, he said they stand "180 degrees opposed to anything Jesus actually said." Yeah, be specific about what you mean there because, like guns, I'm inclined to think he doesn't know what he's talking about, and that sounds like a stereotype of a Christian. He said the right doesn't understand they're categorically wrong, even as he was the wrong one.

Hunter agreed and said, "80 percent of Americans believe there should be a restriction on who owns an automatic weapon," not understanding that there are and that most people can't own one. And maybe, given his gun charges, he's not the guy to talk.

He attacked right-wing media and people like Elon Musk, claiming they were the "most culpable of all," the "people who just love to feed it because they think it is "some kind of a game."

Warning for graphic language:

He claimed Musk was another "damaged human being" and that he was the "dumbest smart person." "Elon Musk doesn't care about the God d**n First Amendment; he doesn't care about anyone but himself." Musk didn't have to buy Twitter, and he's faced all kinds of attacks from Hunter's father's administration for doing so. That's bravery. But Hunter Biden doesn't even know, again, what he's talking about.

This podcast was a dive down the rabbit hole of liberal projection. What was the Ronald Reagan expression, “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so."

In addition to the constant effort to paint himself as the victim, Hunter also tried to cast attacks or criticism of him as attacks on addiction.

So he will survive, he said, because “I am not going to let these motherf**kers use me as just another example of why people in recovery are never gonna be OK, never to be trusted, they’re all degenerates. I’m just not going to let that happen.”
