Joe Biden lies constantly. That’s not a good thing to have in the White House. But on top of that, the White House lies to cover up for him. On Monday, there was a perfect example of that, with Biden accidentally letting the cat out of the bag on a lie that the White House told about him watching the confirmation hearings of Ketanji Brown Jackson in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Biden told reporters on Monday that he hadn’t been able to watch any of it. Now that’s an interesting answer since he was in town for a good part of the week before he left for Europe last Thursday and could have seen some of it if he wanted to. But apparently, he couldn’t be bothered.

But meanwhile, Biden didn’t seem to understand that his staff had already made a statement that he had watched the hearings and praised Jackson’s handling of the situation and dealing with the senators.

“The president watched portions of Judge Jackson’s hearing yesterday and today and is proud of the way that she is showcasing her extraordinary qualifications, her experience, and her even-handedness.” the staffer said. He was also moved by the grace and dignity she has shown, the deference to senators, and the level of detail she is offering, reinforcing the value of her experience, her intellect, and the strength of her character.”

So there are only two possible answers here: Either his dementia is so serious he’s completely forgetting what he watched and what he previously said or his staff is lying their heads off and making up things on his behalf. Take your pick, but either choice is not a good one. His staff needs to answer up for this huge lie – they made up all that stuff they claimed he said about Jackson.

But that wasn’t the only thing he got caught in big-time — he got busted with a “cheat sheet” with questions and answers for the briefing for his embarrassing gaffe, saying Putin “cannot remain in power.”

We’ve seen him busted before with cheat sheets, but this is bad when he has both questions and answers, and he still was confused.

Biden also told a slew of other falsehoods during the briefing. It’s stunning how much he can say that’s false in one briefing.

He claimed that he was “reducing inflationary pressures,” despite the fact that he’s brought the highest inflation in 40 years.

Biden then claimed that a “firefighter and a teacher pay more than double, double the tax rate that a billionaire pays. That’s not right. That’s not fair.”

It’s also not true. A firefighter and a teacher are not going to have a higher rate than a billionaire. A billionaire might end up paying less because of deductions or other loopholes, but the rate is not less.

Biden was asked did he think Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas should recuse himself from any cases having to do with Jan. 6 because of the texts of his wife Ginni Thomas. I reported on the insane leftist conspiracy theory about these texts and Justice Thomas the other day.

But Biden doesn’t seem to understand that no, it isn’t up to the Jan. 6 Committee or the DOJ as to whether Justice Thomas recuses himself. It’s up to Thomas whether to recuse or not, but there’s no conflict anyway. How does Biden not have this basic understanding when he was on the Senate Judiciary Committee for years?

So the White House needs to answer if anyone had the questions beforehand and why are they creating a huge lie about what he said regarding Ketanji Brown Jackson. Stand by for the next White House clean-up!
