CNN contributor and Democrat strategist Van Jones was impressed with model and rapper Amber Rose's speech, as were many who listened to her at the Republican National Convention on Monday. 

Jones told CNN viewers that Rose's speech was "probably the most dangerous speech" for the Democrat party. 

That was probably the most dangerous speech for the Democratic coalition. That is a young woman of color. She is describing the experience that a lot of people have — feeling that maybe, if you’re around too many liberals, you might get criticized too much or you might not be able to speak your mind, and she spoke to it really well.

Jones then noted that she is well-known, far more than anybody sitting on the CNN panel.

And she’s way more famous than any of us up here — I’m going to tell you that — way more famous. And so to the extent that these guys are trying to bust up our coalition, that was a bunker buster right there.

At the RNC this week, Amber Rose’s approach poses the biggest threat to the Democratic Party’s traditional coalition. Rose spoke about a personal story of how her father was a Trump supporter, and due to the mainstream media, she believed the lies that Trump was a racist until her father challenged her on that issue. After she did her own research, she came to the conclusion that, no, Trump is not a racist, and the media lied. 

She said:

I’m no politician and I don’t want to be, but I do care about the truth, and the truth is that the media has lied to us about Donald Trump. I know this because, for a long time, I believed those lies so I’m here to set the record straight ... I realized Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, white, gay or straight, it’s all love. And that’s when it hit me: These are my people. This is where I belong.

So, I let go of my fear of judgment, of being misunderstood, of getting attacked by the left, and I put the red hat on too.

Rose said what others have felt but have not said out loud. Many Americans were manipulated by the media's constant lies about Trump, but now, they have come to the realization that the media lies through their teeth, as long as they achieve their goal of not having Trump or anybody who has the same vision for the country as him in a position of power. 

She has a large social media presence and could sway undecided voters who follow her with the speech she gave at the convention. You know it's a good speech when a Democrat is concerned.
