Attorney General Pam Bondi said the investigation into Operation Arctic Frost has revealed that former President Joe Biden's administration allowed for "unprecedented access" to President Donald Trump through his government-issued phone.
In a post on Tuesday on X, Bondi let another shoe drop in the ongoing revelations from the investigation into the massive spying efforts by Biden's administration against political opponents, like conservative leaders and organizations, which RedState has reported on.

Bondi continued: "In addition, Special Counsel subpoenaed all of President Trump's personal phone records," she added. "We can never again allow this kind of government weaponization in America. I submitted these new documents to our partners on Capitol Hill. I commend our team at the FBI for working diligently to expose this."

During a White House press briefing later in the day, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about the latest update on the spying investigation.

Leavitt directed the reporter to the Department of Justice for additional questions before sharing what this latest news proves about the former administration.
"But I think this is just further evidence of the egregious overreach and weaponization of government that took place under the previous White House against then-former president and now President Donald J. Trump," the White House Press Secretary explained.
"It was a clear effort by the Biden White House and the Biden DOJ to go after the president, and this is just further evidence of that," she added.

Revealed: New Memo Shows DOJ Spying on GOP Senators Went All the Way to the Top
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) recently gave an update on the investigation into the spying efforts targeting the communications of numerous GOP senators - including Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) - and organizations under Smith, as RedState reported.
Grassley said:
"We've learned that Jack Smith secretly obtained phone record data from at least eight senators and one congressman," Grassely said. "I've recently been informed by Verizon that at least seven members with Verizon accounts were affected," which includes a hardline for the office [of Sen. Cruz] and a staffer's phone for former Sen. [Kelly] Loeffler (R-GA). AT&T informed me that they challenge the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts, and Smith backed down."
"These subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions," he added, pointing out that "197 subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith, which extended to more than 400 Republican organizations, including Turning Point USA and the Republican Attorneys General Association.
One of those involved in approving the subpoenas led back to none other than Judge James Boasberg. Yes, the very same one. Cruz called on the House of Representatives to impeach Boasberg after learning the judge had prohibited his phone carrier from notifying him about the order, for fear that Cruz would "destroy evidence."
On Tuesday, Texas Representative Brandon Gill (R-26) announced that he had indeed filed articles of impeachment against Boasberg, stating that the radical activist judge had "abused his power."

As part of the Arctic Frost Investigation, Judge Boasberg signed off on frivolous nondisclosure orders to conceal the fact that sitting U.S. senators were being surveilled. Not only was this action egregiously improper; it was a gross violation of the separation of powers.
