Nicholas Kristof’s IDF ‘Rape-Dogs’ Accusation Adds to the Bizarre List of Israel Weaponizing Wildlife

This week has been a rough one for the New York Times. Ever since Nicholas Kristof released his blood libel piece on Israel allegedly abusing Palestinian prisoners on Monday, the outlet has had to deal with the blowback. The paper has issued no fewer than three official statements addressing the issues people have raised with his column. At some point, you just have to wave the white flag, gang.

I explored the various problems there in the latest “Lie-Able Sources” episode, but one aspect of his accusation-filled, evidence-free piece that had many heads turning was the testimony from some Palestinians that the IDF employs "rape dogs" on those detained. Many people wondered about the veracity of such a claim, and quite a few were deeply curious about the physical possibilities of this occurring.

But what is notable is how Nick’s rape dogs are just the latest accusation to come from the Middle East about the state of Israel employing wildlife in a perniciously aggressive fashion. With shades of the Biblical plagues coming to mind, what with frogs and locusts and such being used against an oppressive Egypt back in Moses’ day, Israel is said to regularly use all manner of David Attenborough’s arsenal against its enemies, including the fish of the sea and birds of the air.

Apparently, there is a wildlife bootcamp employed by the IDF. As an example, when rats began infesting the homes and camps in Gaza, this was said to be a coordinated release by Israel.

This is but the start of Israel’s purported phylum of violence. Wild boars were said to have been released to cause damage on Palestinian lands. Hamas captured an Israeli dolphin under suspicion of spying. Worst yet, Israeli intelligence was said to have sent sharks to Egyptian coastal areas to wreak violence.

But these militarized species are not used solely for efforts to exact hardships on Israel’s neighbors. Sometimes they use clandestine creatures for missions. Ever wonder how it is that Israel has been so successful in the military raids and in hitting nuclear facilities? It is in part due to the use of spy lizards.

Iran seems particularly paranoid about animal espionage. Back in 2007, the country “detained” 14 squirrels suspected of spying for the IDF. But they are not the only nation anxious in this fashion; Cold War Holsteins were said to be used, as Palestine claimed spy cows have been employed in their region.

Birds have been an especially fertile Ornithological oppression, seen all across the region. Hezbollah captured a spy eagle in Lebanon. In Sudan, they detained a spy vulture. Another spook vulture was captured in Saudi Arabia. Turkey has been beset with avian agents from Israel, including a bee-eating species. (Additionally, a kestrel had been detained on suspicion of spying, but was later released on its own recognizance.)

One species in particular seems especially devious in use. After all, who would see a roving pack of hyenas and conclude that they were working on behalf of the Mossad? Well…the Palestinians, that is who.

So there you have the unimpeachable evidence of their taxonomy of terror. The zoological Zionists will undoubtedly be releasing their next wildlife scourge on their unsuspecting neighbors, and we can only guess in what form that will take. I’m going on Polymarket and placing the bet on worms.
