A slaughter was narrowly avoided on Halloween after the FBI disrupted an ISIS-linked terrorist attack that was planned and nurtured in Dearborn, MI.
Multiple decades of lax immigration and lack of assimilation have turned a once working-class, middle-American town into the most Islamicized city in the United States. Calls to prayer blare multiple times a day across the area while streets are named after outspoken supporters of Hezbollah and Hamas. Meanwhile, any dissent to the ever-growing radicalism is spun as "Islamophobia."
On Monday, Kash Patel announced that the FBI had thwarted an Islamic terrorist attack that was hatched in Dearborn, MI. According to the criminal complaint, Mohmed Ali and Majed Mahmoud, both of whom are reportedly naturalized citizens from an as-of-now undisclosed country in the Middle East, planned to carry out their slaughter on Halloween. They had codenamed their plan "pumpkin."
Search warrants of their homes and a storage unit revealed a stockpile of weapons, ammunition, tactical vests, and GoPro cameras, with the latter reminiscent of the livestreaming that took place during the October 7th attacks. Several other currently unnamed co-conspirators were also allegedly part of the plot.
How did we get here? Where traditional American ideals are denigrated in the name of combating "bigotry," so places like Dearborn can be turned into third-world reincarnations of Islamic governance? To put it succinctly, the normalization of that hasn't been an accident. One only has to look at the press response to this now-thwarted attack to see the strategy at play.
While the criminal complaint detailing what Mohmed Ali and Majed Mahmoud were planning went public on Monday, it was over the weekend that the news first broke. How was it framed? Multiple news outlets, including the Associated Press, CBS News, and CNN, chose to report the story as FBI incompetence, not based on a viewing of the evidence, but based on the claims of an activist lawyer and Dearborn residents crying about supposed Islamophobia.
Yesterday the AP, CBS News and several other news organizations ran stories claiming there was no plot and these were just gamers based on the word of the activist lawyer representing the alleged would-be terrorists.

If you read the complaint, it’s obvious this was false. https://t.co/BnA3bjxPp7 pic.twitter.com/bKQZFBErew
This shouldn't be surprising to anyone, but a lawyer is paid to defend his clients. No news network should be using one as the sole source for entire reports claiming government malfeasance. These were not "just gamers," as the lawyer claimed, and that should have been obvious to anyone from the beginning.

Of course, I'd be doing my readers a disservice if I suggested it wasn't obvious to the press. They aren't stupid. They knew what this was, but they chose to promote falsehoods because protecting Islam and the entire left-wing victim hierarchy is more important to them than protecting innocent Americans.
In the case of CNN, a full article was penned pushing the Islamophobia trope, and then later stealth-edited once the facts came out.

Earlier today, CNN cast doubt on the ISIS attack being planned by residents of Dearborn, Michigan, framing it as “Islamophobia.”
Later, the DOJ released a 70-page criminal complaint revealing that Dearborn residents Mohmed Ali and Majed… pic.twitter.com/FXLRok7McU
Did it ever occur to the stalwart journalists over at CNN that maybe the residents of an increasingly radicalized, Muslim-dominated city might not be the best source on this? Keep in mind, those quoted in the piece had no inside information about the FBI and its operation. They were simply bystanders repeating talking points. Yet, if protecting Islamism means slapping at the Trump administration for daring to save lives, CNN is more than happy to go that route.
Some of this may seem trivial, but I don't think we should be underestimating the influence these major news outlets still hold. What's happening in Dearborn is not an isolated incident. Minneapolis, a major American city, currently has a Somalia-first extremist as one of its leading candidates for mayor, and the increasing Islamization of the West is continuing apace. Europe may be the most impacted currently, but it's not the endgame. The time to wake up is now, and unfortunately, it looks like we'll have to battle the press as much as radical Islam itself.
