In September of 2022, the FBI raided the home of a man named Mark Houck with guns drawn in front of his children. The show of force left onlookers confused. Was Houck a drug kingpin? Did he murder someone? Had he committed fraud at the highest levels?
The answer to all those questions is no. Rather, Houck’s grave crime was shoving a Planned Parenthood “escort” who threatened his son. The federal government raided a man’s home at gunpoint for shoving someone in what was arguably a self-defense situation.
Things didn’t stop there, though. Federal prosecutors continued to push the case, charging Houck under the ridiculous and unconstitutional FACE Act, putting up to 11 years in prison on the table.
Fortunately, a federal jury has told the Biden administration and its DOJ where it can shove its persecution of pro-life Americans.
BREAKING: Pro-life activist Mark Houck was just found NOT GUILTY on federal FACE Act charges brought on him by Biden's DOJ for pushing a Planned Parenthood escort who threatened his son while he was sidewalk counseling.

The Biden administration has been carrying out a crusade against pro-lifers since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and this is hopefully the first of many losses. There was never any justification to charge Houck with a federal crime, especially since the state charges were dropped. This was a political persecution meant to discourage pro-life Americans from speaking out to defend the lives of babies in the womb.
How disgusting and depraved does someone have to be to want to throw a man in jail for 11 years for defending his son from a pro-abortion fanatic? And how disgusting and depraved does someone have to be to be a person who “escorts” people to kill their children? These are sick people, and the fight is only going to get more intense from here.
For the moment, though, a victory has been won, and it’s an important one. Had the precedent been set in this case that the government can imprison you for peacefully protesting a hundred yards away from an abortion clinic, who knows how many more convictions would have followed? As it is, the DOJ has been left floundering, having wasted time and money in an attempt to abuse federal law to push progressive ideology on abortion. That failure is well-deserved.
