This just in: A terrorist goblin doesn't become less of a terrorist goblin because he plays soccer. Here in the United States, we wouldn't (hopefully) give a serial killer a break because he played any particular sportsball game when he was in between murders, and we shouldn't expect any other nation to do so, either.
Recently, Israel punched the tickets of 12 Gaza residents who were immediately proclaimed to be "innocent" soccer players. The usual suspects rose up in outrage, as they do any time Israel bumps off a few terrorists, but Israel brought the receipts - and the photographs.
It can now be revealed that 12 Gazan individuals who were portrayed as innocent soccer players were simultaneously terrorists who served in the military wings of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and were strategically targeted in IDF strikes.
These individuals, who in many cases were portrayed internationally as innocent professional soccer players, referees and coaches, were affiliated with terrorist organizations that posed a threat to Israeli civilians and were eliminated over the course of the war.
No, playing soccer doesn't preclude terrorists being treated as terrorists.
Following their eliminations, news outlets, state officials, prominent influencers and even official soccer organizations mourned them and accused Israel of deliberately targeting ״professional athletes״ in an effort to undermine Gazan soccer.
These claims are proven to be false, and align with other false allegations that the IDF purposefully targets journalists, aid workers and other internationally protected professions.
The first such goblin in the IDF report linked above was this guy:
Ahmed Abu al-Atta played as a defender for several clubs in Gaza, including Ittihad Al-Shuja'iyya, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Ahli Gaza. Abu al-Atta was presented as an innocent soccer player, however, in June 2026, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad published his name and photograph, identifying him as a platoon commander in its military wing.
Here's the second one:
Mohammed Sami Mohammed Khattab was an international assistant referee. He participated in the West Asian Championship and officiated international matches. He was presented as an innocent soccer player, but in reality was a terrorist in the Islamic Jihad’s Central Camps Brigade.
There are similar photos for all 12 terrorists. All 12 of them were posing as soccer players and officials, but all 12 of them were moonlighting as terrorists. And, we might note, Israel has been systemically eliminating these people since October 7th, 2023, with special attention being paid to the vicious animals who carried out the atrocities of that day.

Israel, of course, has every right to protect itself, and that means eliminating terrorists, regardless of their extracurricular activities. Israel, after all, deals with security issues most Americans can't imagine; imagine what it would be like to live in New Jersey, which has roughly the same land area and population as Israel, knowing everyone in New York and Pennsylvania wanted to kill you and your family. That's the situation Israel is in, and after the atrocities of October 7th, 2023, it's perfectly understandable why the Jewish state has taken the gloves off.
So now, 12 terrorists are gone, having been reduced to spare parts by the Israel Defense Forces. This should be celebrated, not maligned.
