Today's source of righteous outrage for anyone who believes in the rule of law and the sovereignty of these United States comes to us from Louisiana. On Thursday, we learned that Judge John deGravelles, an Obama appointee (because, of course, he is), has released four habitual criminals and illegal aliens onto our streets.
On Feb. 6, Judge John deGravelles, an Obama appointee who sits on the bench for the Middle District Court of Louisiana, granted the four defendants release from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, the Department of Homeland Security said.
"The ramifications will only be the continued rape, murder, assault, and robbery of more American victims," said Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. "Releasing these monsters is inexcusably reckless. President Trump and Secretary Noem are now enforcing the law and arresting illegal aliens who have no right to be in our country."
This would be outrageous enough as it is; we've seen far too many activist judges countermanding the authority of the Executive Branch to enforce our immigration laws, which were duly enacted by Congress.
The Assistant DHS Secretary had some pointed words about all this:

"Releasing these monsters is inexcusably reckless. President Trump and Secretary Noem are now enforcing the law and arresting illegal aliens who have no right to be in our country."
And yet these four have now walked free.

But here's what makes this case particularly egregious. These are the four goblins in question:
The four defendants include Ibrahim Ali Mohammed, an Ethiopian citizen convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor. An immigration judge issued him a final order of removal on Sept, 5, 2024.
He was released into the United States by the Biden administration.
Luis Gaston-Sanchez, from Cuba, has convictions for homicide, assault, resisting an officer, concealing stolen property and two counts of robbery.
An immigration judge issued a deportation order for him on Sept. 24, 2001.
Ricardo Blanco Chomat, also a Cuban citizen, has convictions for homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault with a firearm, burglary, robbery, larceny and selling cocaine.
A deportation order was issued for him on March 27, 2002.
Francisco Rodriguez-Romero was previously convicted of homicide and a weapons offense. He was ordered to be deported on May 30, 1995.
Did you get that last one? 1995! He was ordered to be deported over 30 years ago, and he's still here? And two of the others have deportation orders that are old enough to buy booze. What a travesty.
So, one sexual predator and three murderers, along with the various other crimes - these four are each a one-man walking crime wave, they are in the United States illegally, and Judge deGravelles ordered them released onto the streets.
Is there any scenario in which this ends well, aside, of course, from the legal one of them all being repatriated to wherever they came from?
What DHS and ICE are doing here, in the detention and deportation of illegal aliens like these four goblins, is fulfilling the one legitimate role of government: To protect the liberty and property of the American people. But they are being impeded by activist judges, by unhinged leftist protestors, and even by our own legacy media. Now, with these four walking loose, it's only a matter of time before there are more victims.
