Looks like we've got another Democrat FAFO "victim" of the Trump administration on our hands, and this time it's Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), one of the now-infamous "Seditious Six" lawmakers who thought it was a good idea to make a video encouraging active-duty military members to ignore so-called "unlawful" orders from their superiors.
Slotkin, a former CIA officer, told The New York Times on Tuesday that she's being investigated by the office of the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro. “Facts matter little, but the threat matters quite a bit,” Slotkin told the Times. “The threat of legal action; the threat to your family; the threat to your staff; the threat to you.”
In the words of RedState's Sister Toldjah, cue the sad trombones.
Let's revisit the video made back in November by Slotkin, along with Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Reps. Chris Deluzio (PA-17), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), Maggie Goodlander (NH-02), and Jason Crow (CO-06).
“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens like us,” the lawmakers said in the video. “You all swore an oath to protect and defend this constitution.”
“Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear,” the group added. “You can refuse illegal orders…you must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our constitution.”
The not-so-subtle subtext being that the military chain of command should be disrupted at the behest of the Democrat Party in order to inflict maximum damage on Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump. Chaos is their currency.
Pretty amazing stuff from sitting lawmakers, not to mention ex-CIA operatives and military veterans.

GOOD! Traitors MUST be held accountable!
NONE of these people should be in Congress. pic.twitter.com/Wrza4426I7
The specifics of the investigation into Slotkin are unclear at this point, but we're crystal clear on the actions being taken against Slotkin's Senate colleague, Mark Kelly. (I, personally, think that she should also be investigated by the fashion police for the crime of overly-large shoulder pads, but that's just me.)

Slotkin Steps in It Even More in Response to FBI Interview on 'Illegal Orders' Video
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of the Navy John Phelan have brought the hammer down on Kelly for his role in the "reckless and seditious video that was clearly intended to undermine good order and military discipline." Hegseth recently announced administrative actions were being taken against the senator, including a demotion, in addition to issuing a formal letter of censure.
Six weeks ago, Senator Mark Kelly — and five other members of Congress — released a reckless and seditious video that was clearly intended to undermine good order and military discipline. As a retired Navy Captain who is still receiving a military pension, Captain Kelly knows he…

As of the time of publishing, Pirro's office had not commented on the Slotkin investigation or pending charges that may be in the works for the Michigan Democrat.
The FAFO'ing by Democrats will apparently continue unabated for now because they haven't yet seen severe enough consequences for their actions.
