Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, along with his former partner and Trump campaign aide, Rick Gates, have been hit with new charges.

Earlier Friday, a federal grand jury out of Virginia handed down a new, 32-count indictment, dealing with federal tax and bank fraud allegations.
