#1 - Very Damning New Info From Hur Report, Plus Embarrassing Evidence That Might Upend Biden Claim About Docs — by Nick Arama
He's tried the ridiculous defense that it's the fault of the staff that moved things. But the facts show how problematic that claim is.
Wow. I mean, I know Joe Biden is a mess. But he's been a mess for years, and the way he has handled classified documents is unconscionable. How is he not slapped with all kinds of charges when this is what the Special Counsel says occurred?
It's hard to look at any kind of prosecution of former President Donald Trump as fair and not selective prosecution when you read what Joe Biden has done, for years, according to this report.
#2 - More on the Secret Binder That Could Expose Officials in Russia Collusion Hoax — by Nick Arama
That's big news. Shellenberger told Fox News that it was both illegal and election interference.
Some of the information on this is in a binder, Shellenberger said. There has been a rumor about the binder and speculation that Mar-a-Lago was raided because of information that former President Donald Trump may have had on Crossfire Hurricane.
Shellenberger is now talking about his and fellow journalist's new report that gives more information about the secret binder.
A missing binder of top-secret intelligence about Russia threatens national security, says CNN. But it doesn't. And now, credible sources say the U.S. government is hiding the binder because it incriminates the intelligence community for illegal spying and election interference. pic.twitter.com/Y2jmxdhYdb

#3 - Catherine Herridge Laid Off by CBS in 'Blood Bath' Firing of Hundreds - She Just Reported on Biden Docs — by Nick Arama
Catherine Herridge, probably the best reporter that CBS has, as well as about 20 other CBS reporters, were let go in a blood bath firing by Paramount Global, with 800 people total losing their jobs. The Washington Bureau, where they covered national security and intelligence, was hit hard.
The NY Post suggested there might be more than "just cost-cutting." They note sources said Herridge "had clashed" with CBS News president Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews.
CBS isn't talking, according to the Post.
Herridge just posted on X Monday about more damaging news to Joe Biden, noting that the House Oversight Committee wanted the transcript of the Hur interview with Joe Biden, and they expressed concerns about Biden retaining potentially sensitive documents related to specific countries involving his family’s foreign business dealings.
#4 - Bombshell Report: Obama CIA Triggered the Russia Collusion Hoax - What Happened to the Secret Binder? — by Nick Arama
Shellenberger blasted this as illegal and also termed it election interference.
Some of that information about the surveillance and the FBI investigation is in a 10-inch binder, according to this report. Trump ordered that material be declassified prior to leaving office. So, what happened to the binder?
Shellenberger told Watters that they would have a follow-up piece specifically to address questions about the binder and the rumor that the binder may have factored into the raid on Mar-a-Lago. Shellenberger said if the binder contains what they have been told, that's "extremely serious information." It's been speculated by many for a long time that the raid was related to Crossfire Hurricane documents, so if they have something firm on that, that would be hugely significant information to reveal.
#5 - Toxic Workplace Leads to Employee Suicide at LA County Department of Public Health — by Jennifer Van Laar
Back in 2022 we wrote about the terrible working conditions in the Environmental Health Division of the LA County Department of Public Health where, according to a whistleblower, Director Liza Frias runs a tyrannical and retaliatory toxic workplace. In spite of numerous actions by the employee union to address the issues, including sending cease and desist letters to Public Health Director Barbara Ferrer and a vote of no confidence, nothing has been done - and now there are deadly consequences.
Last Thursday, LA County Environmental Health Specialist Heather Hughes took her own life by jumping off the top of the 18-story building in which the Environmental Health Division is housed. Co-workers speaking to RedState on condition of anonymity due to fear of retaliation say that Hughes had been dealing with depression for some time and that Associate Director Brenda Lopez denied Hughes' request for a medical leave of absence despite it being recommended by Hughes' doctor.
