It Sure Looks Like 'Dr.' Jill's Cruelty on the Joe Biden Drop Out Question Has Been Confirmed

One of the most disturbing - if not the most disturbing - moments from the June presidential debate on CNN was how First Lady Jill Biden rushed to the stage after it was over and slowly had to guide Joe Biden down a couple of steps on the stage.

As we reported at the time, video clips showed her briefly hugging him and then immediately trying to steer a frozen-looking Joe Biden away from the podium and toward two steps. She grabbed either his hand or arm, and they moved forward, with Biden shuffling slowly, eventually gingerly stepping down after someone who appeared to be a handler or a CNN staffer walked toward them as though offering assistance.

For context, the purported leader of the free world had just had arguably the worst night of his political life, committing multiple self-owns while having his patootie handed to him on a national stage by his most despised nemesis...

...and was then reduced to being gently walked around and talked to like a child by the woman who some political observers have speculated is the person who really runs the show on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Much has been said and done in the aftermath of that debate, with Democrats in full-blown disarray, as some have openly called for Joe Biden to withdraw from the presidential race while others are seemingly straddling the fence in part because they don't know what the alternatives are.

Though the pressure has been intense, Joe Biden has reportedly confirmed that he won't clear the path for another nominee and is in it to win it. But speculation has run wild that the people who have dug their heels in on this issue perhaps even more than Biden himself are his son, Hunter, who has a lot to lose if Biden's out of office, and Jill Biden, who has long said she wants to be known as more than just a politician's wife.

A new report on the woes being experienced by Biden's innermost circle would seem to confirm this:

The first family remains committed to the campaign, with first lady Jill Biden and the president’s son, Hunter, both telling confidants that they still believe that the president is the only candidate who can beat Trump, according to the two people familiar.

The first lady has also expressed fear that bowing out would make the Atlanta debate a defining image of her husband’s presidency, an outcome she finds unacceptable, the people said. Biden’s sister, Valerie, also remains committed to the campaign but has not ruled out advocating changes if the race becomes damaging to her brother’s health and legacy.

Got that? Jill Biden is so wrapped up in preserving what she believes is her husband's wonderful legacy (and her own) that in the process she's the driving force behind propping him up and making him look even worse in the process.

I've always thought Jill Biden was a cruel person, and have written about it here before, but this confirms it for me. Just an incredible, breathtaking penchant for cruelty, and one that shouldn't be ignored.
