A declassified 2020 House Intelligence Committee report alleges that Russian intelligence claimed Hillary Clinton suffered from "psycho-emotional problems" and was on "heavy tranquilizers" during the 2016 presidential campaign.
The report, declassified and made public Wednesday by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, claims information on the former First Lady's fragile emotional state was reportedly kept secret by President Barack Obama and Democratic leaders at the time.
The information came from the SVR, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, and was known to Russian President Vladimir Putin at the time; however, he chose not to leak it, assuming that Clinton was bound to win the election.
According to the document, the SVR had Democratic National Committee (DNC) communications showing Obama and party leaders found the state of Clinton's health at the time to be "extraordinarily alarming" and could negatively impact her campaign.
The intel service claimed those communications further indicated the former Secretary of State suffered from "intensified psycho-emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness."
“Clinton was placed on a daily regimen of ‘heavy tranquilizers,'" the House Intelligence Committee report states, "and while afraid of losing, she remained ‘obsessed with a thirst for power.’”
Vladimir Putin reportedly had evidence that @HillaryClinton had "psycho-emotional problems" and suffered "uncontrolled fits of anger."

I don't know about you, but Hillary Clinton suffering from "fits of anger" and needing "heavy tranquilizers" sounds totally far-fetched. It's not like there was any indication of "psycho-emotional problems" prior to that.
Well, except for this Vanity Fair article from 1993 profiling her and noting the numerous rumors that: “The First Lady has thrown (a) a vase, (b) a lamp, or (c) a Bible; at (a) her husband, (b) a Secret Service agent, or (c) a steward; (a) in the private quarters, (b) at Blair House, or (c) in a limo.”
Those were just rumors, though. Believable as they may be.
Oh, and as for the tranquilizers, does anybody recall Hillary's famous walking dead prance before being thrown in the back of a van like a slab of meat during a 9/11 ceremony in 2016?

Clinton's camp at the time blamed that shocking video on her suffering from "pneumonia."
The Intelligence Committee report released by Gabbard goes on to state that Hillary, at the time, was suffering from “Type 2 diabetes, Ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease."
Oddly, Putin had allegedly obtained this information heading into the election and chose not to leak it to the American public. It seems strange when you consider the Democrats and media spent years telling you that Russia wanted Trump to win.
Clinton's health, from the collapse to her coughing fits, and on further into her inability to walk at times, was a major issue at the time. Her fitness for duty was viewed as a liability that the Trump campaign repeatedly attempted to capitalize on.
If Putin wanted Trump to win, you'd think he would have given him the info. Certainly, had they been "colluding," he would have done so.
That false narrative was in the works even prior to the election, according to the SVR, as the report indicates they “possessed a campaign email discussing a plan approved by Secretary Clinton to link Putin and Russian hackers to candidate Trump in order to ‘distract the [American] public’ from the Clinton email server scandal.”
Oh, what a tangled, some would say treasonous, web.
The House Oversight Committee's Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee voted Wednesday to subpoena former President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary, along with other prominent figures, to testify regarding their potential links to Ghislaine Maxwell in the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein investigation.
That will probably make her really, really angry.
