Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison made further remarks on Sunday about the shooting of Alex Pretti by the Border Patrol after a struggle in Minneapolis.
Walz's remarks were full-on disgraceful, and he was definitely trying to whip people up against the federal enforcement.
He claimed that Pretti was "murdered in front of the world." So much for waiting for the facts. He's tainted any investigation in his state. While he praised Pretti, Walz didn't take any responsibility for encouraging him and others against ICE. It is that "resistance" that has led to these confrontations and put people, activists, and agents in danger.
He couldn't even get the facts right as he spoke. He claimed that Pretti was shot by ICE when he was shot by a Border Patrol agent. But saying that doesn't help to continue stoking the hate against ICE. He called for ICE agents to be pulled before they "kill another person."
Walz wanted to talk about Alex Pretti or Renee Good, but he didn't want to talk about the stories of the people raped or killed by illegal aliens, or the crimes of the illegal aliens who ICE and other federal agents are removing from the community. Funny how that works.

Walz asked what side people wanted to be on: the side of an "all-powerful federal gov't that can kill and kidnap its citizens" or the side of peaceful citizens. He even termed it an "occupation." He was truly living in an alternate reality. No one is being "kidnapped," and if you are hitting agents with your car, obstructing their operations, or biting off their fingers, you are not peaceful. The only "occupation" here is their occupation with trying to resist federal law enforcement and defend illegal aliens.
He claimed it wasn't a "political debate" anymore, that it's become a "moral debate."
🚨Tim Walz just tried to flip the script: “We’re no longer having a political debate, we’re having a moral debate.”

Moral debate? While standing next to Keith Ellison while his state drowns in billions in Somali fraud and chaos from sanctuary policies.pic.twitter.com/07sXtUTsIj
It's both, and he's on the wrong side of history on both issues. Imagine him thinking he has any leg to stand on, given the mess he has left his state, between the massive fraud, plus this chaos against immigration agents that he has helped to incite.
How vile is this, comparing the enforcement of the law passed by Congress as the representatives of the people to the killing of Anne Frank?
The next time Walz and Frey do a presser, it would be awesome if DHS/FBI swooped in to apprehend them. America would be safer.

They are almost directly tied to the underground network of Signal chats, with the sole mission of impeding and obstructing federal law enforcement. pic.twitter.com/5sIOs4j7nT
A pathetic, weak Walz asks, "What is the plan?"

It's simple. Work WITH federal law enforcement — like countless other Republican- AND Democrat-led cities have done — to get violent criminal illegal aliens out of your sanctuary cities and state. pic.twitter.com/yzr5qWxz9O
Do what all the other states are doing, comply with federal law, and stop inciting against the federal government.
But he doesn't want to do that, and that's the problem.
Ellison claimed that they were suffering "targeted oppression" because they didn't vote for Trump, which was nonsense.
Ellison: "They're coming after our state because we voted 3 times for somebody who's not Donald Trump, which he has said he resents deeply and believes is not even true. I can tell you it's not about fraud ... He's sending armed, masked men. This is a pretext" pic.twitter.com/SuC7yFS5iF

They're getting more people because of their own failure to cooperate, and the anti-ICE agitators require more people to be able to get the job done. DHS is deporting more people from other areas, like Texas, but they don't need the same number of people because they get state and local cooperation. So that's all the fault of Democrats.
Ellison claimed that the focus wasn't on fraud, or they wouldn't be sending "armed masked men." But the federal government sent people, including Dr. Oz and HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O'Neill. They were followed, which is extremely creepy, and didn't get a lot of cooperation.

Ellison has moved to try to stop the operation.
Keith Ellison: "It is in the DNA of American history that the federal government cannot trample over the prerogatives of the state. That's exactly what's happening here and that's exactly why we're going to court." pic.twitter.com/KZnb5S2gvD

I think he's about to find out he is not above federal law.
