FBI Director Kash Patel has been dealing with divisive Democrats over the last couple of days during Congressional oversight hearings. On Tuesday, he was grilled by the Senate Judiciary Committee, and on Wednesday, he was before the House. However, he's been acquitting himself very well, as we have reported, demolishing the divisive Democrat lies right and left, and pointing out how much he's done in just a short time in the job.
Democrats continued to embarrass themselves in the House, though.

A big example was Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX). Crockett embarrassing herself seems to be an ongoing problem. But this was bad, even for her. It's what happens when you let the anti-Trump mania trump all the facts.

Patel's the "least qualified" in her mind only because she hates President Donald Trump. She claims he's the "only one" who never served with the FBI before becoming director.
That, of course, is untrue, as many FBI directors have not served with the FBI before becoming directors, including James Comey and Christopher Wray. Either she's too ignorant to know what she's saying, or she's hoping she can fool people. Patel corrects her, "That's false," but, typically, she doesn't care about the facts. She completely spins his interaction with Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), who lost his mind and similarly embarrassed himself.

The response of House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-OH) was hilarious as he rolled his eyes, indicating what she said was just unhinged.
"Would you like to respond to any of...that?" he asked Patel.

Jordan detailed Patel's sterling resume, including public defender, former prosecutor, top staffer on the House Intelligence Committee, Deputy Director of National Intelligence with the National Security Council, and Chief of Staff for the acting Secretary of Defense.
Jordan delivered the real reason Democrats have a problem with Patel: it's not his failure, it's his success and not doing what they would like. He showed how much better we are now for having Patel in the position than what was happening under Joe Biden, and it was an eye-opening list.

"Is the FBI still purging agents for conservative viewpoints?"
KASH: "No one at the FBI is asked their viewpoints on politics."
"Is the FBI still labeling the Betsy Ross Flag, the flag of the American Revolution, a 'hate symbol?'"
KASH: "No."
"Well, maybe that's why you've been able to - what was the number, 23,000 bad guys you've arrested? A HUGE increase from the same time period in the previous administration? I think you said 1,400 predators? 4,000 children rescued?" [....]
"Maybe when you're not focused on politics, you can actually do what the FBI is supposed to do - GO GET THE BAD GUYS!"
