Watch: Eric Swalwell May Have Just Posted the Most Ridiculous Anti-ICE Ad Ever

Democrats had more trouble on Wednesday.

Their big donations were reportedly drying up. They had another significant member defect from the DNC. It was very evident from the leaks that things were not going well for them.

Part of the problem was outreach, including to young men.

So what are they doing to try to reach out to people?

A progressive group trying to help the Democrats has a new ad that manages to be both incredibly stupid and offensive at the same time. It's made by the Progress Action Fund who have featured ads with a fictional Republican congressman who suddenly is in your private moments. In this case he intruded at the end of a couple's date, accompanied by masked folks, presumably supposed to be ICE.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) posted the ad on X.

The woman is grabbed by the masked guys as the guy shouts and the fake Republican congressman says they're rounding up all the illegal aliens. The man yells, "She was born here, she's a citizen."

"I don't care. She looks like one of them," the "congressman" says. "But don't worry, when she's in prison in El Salvador, she'll have lots of company," he says, moving close to the woman.

According to the report, the "investment" for the ad was in the "mid-six-figure range." Someone approved money for that and let it go out?

Joe Jacobson who runs Progress Action Fund says that they found that when they tested the ad it moved some young men toward Democrats.

"We found that after seeing the ad, young men – you know, I'm 31 and our target demo is to win back young men in 2026 after they flipped to Trump by 30 points – and what we found is that it moves the needle for Democrats, making young men under 30 support Democrats and view them favorably, by about four points," Jacobson said in an interview.

"And that's not easy, given the Democratic Party hasn't found a message for young men, and reaching them and engaging them."

Once again what you have here is Democrats playing drama games instead of finding an actual message — having positive policies with results they can point to that will appeal to young men. This is all they're still doing, trying to demonize their opponents. The implication when the congressman moves toward the woman is offensive. Trying to use that for political points is gross. Also the reference to "home-growns" referred to a conversation Trump had with El Salvador about home-grown criminals.

Indeed, it's this kind of demonizing nonsense that has moved the young men, and many others, toward the Republicans, not to mention all the bad positions that Democrats have taken when it comes to illegal aliens.

People were mocking it on X and Swalwell for posting it.

Editor’s Note: Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
