We've been seeing a lot of the cutting and looking into waste by the Trump administration. President Donald Trump is overhauling the federal government, dealing with the waste, fraud, and abuse, to the great hue and cry of the Democrats who are throwing fits.

But Trump is also working on bringing jobs back and getting companies to invest here, another big part of the Trump revitalization of America plan.
Now Trump has made a big announcement about a huge investment by Apple in the United States. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced it.

He said, "The reason, faith in what we were doing, without which, they wouldn't be investing ten cents. Thank you Tim Cook and Apple."
Cook said they were doing it as a "proud American company."
As a proud American company, we're thrilled to continue to make significant investments in the US. Today, we’re announcing a $500 billion commitment to support American innovation, advanced manufacturing, and high tech job creation. https://t.co/xoNy7zGqZG

Axios explained:
- The new jobs will focus on research and development, silicon engineering, software development, and AI and machine learning.
- Apple plans to greatly expand chip and server manufacturing in the U.S., plus skills development for students and workers across the country
Why it matters: Apple's announcement — which the company calls its "largest-ever spend commitment" — is precisely the kind of win President Trump has been looking for with his push to move manufacturing back to the U.S.
Axios even titled it a "Trump manufacturing win."

The jobs will be across several states, including a new AI server manufacturing facility in Houston, an Apple manufacturing academy in Detroit, and a semiconductor plant in Phoenix.
Looks like Trump is cranking it up and coming through on the manufacturing wins as well. I'm sure Democrats will try, but it's hard to argue with success when you see things like this.
