White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre got into some trouble on Friday, when she was grilled by Fox’s Peter Doocy about the false claim the Biden team made that Joe Biden “self-reported” he had classified documents. As we noted, not only didn’t Joe Biden self-report, his team hid from the American public right before the midterm election what he had done. The only reason we know about the classified documents is because Biden got nailed by the good reporting of CBS. Even then, Biden didn’t fully fess up to how many finds they had at that point.

But Jean-Pierre had more trouble, as well, in that press conference. She’s supposed to be the one helping to explain the things that Biden says. But when neither she nor Biden can get things straight, there’s an issue. How many jobs is Biden claiming he’s created? Eleven, according to Jean-Pierre.

Finally, close to the truth from the podium. But I’m not sure it’s even that many. More likely, it’s in the negative numbers, given how many jobs people may have lost through inflation and mandates. Although maybe Biden gets credit for people having to get second jobs to have enough money with which to live?

Then there was this remark, which took some kind of nerve. KJP blamed Republicans for interfering with the Biden team’s “success” at dealing with the border.

I think we must have gone into the “Outer Limits” or Bizarro-land with that lie. In the panoply of stupid comments she’s made, this has to be right up there at the top. What “success”? Security at the border has been one of the major failures of Joe Biden’s administration, although granted, there have been so many of them. They’ve had more illegal aliens in history breach the border, and it’s still a mess. This is Stalinist-level propaganda, right here.

Jean-Pierre has nothing but spin or blank stares when it comes to answering questions. But there was one, other intriguing question that a reporter asked KJP which she couldn’t answer. “Is there a specific reason the president is leaving Camp David to go to Delaware just for that one night on Sunday night?” the reporter asked.

“I don’t have anything to preview about what he’s gonna be doing,” Jean-Pierre responded. That means either they couldn’t even be bothered to tell her (that’s how much respect they have for her) or the reason Biden is doing it is something that they don’t want to reveal.

The NY Post’s Miranda Devine noted this sudden change came on Friday, that he would leave Camp David on Sunday afternoon to spend the night in Wilmington, Delaware.

Checking his garage to make sure nothing else is there? Or having a meeting with someone at the place where they don’t keep visitor logs? It seems sort of a pointless exercise to go there for the night — unless there’s something there he can’t do without or urgently has to deal with. But, they’re not about to tell us what the answer to that question is.
