Ok, we can’t say for sure what Bill Clinton is looking at in this video, but come on, it’s Bill Clinton.

Nothing grabs his attention like that unless it’s wearing a skirt and has a nice pair of….expensive shoes. If it wasn’t Melania it could have been any of the Trump family women. In the direction he’s leering there was a target rich environment for a tomcat like Bill.
