FL Haitian Who Bludgeoned a Gas Station Attendant Was Protected by Biden Under TPS

On Thursday, in Fort Myers, Florida, a Chevron gas station clerk was bludgeoned to death with a hammer. The clerk was identified as Yasmin, a 51-year-old Bangladeshi woman and mother of two. The alleged perpetrator was described as "a man," wearing a yellow graphic tee shirt, black shorts, and yellow athletic shoes. 

The alleged perpetrator was soon arrested and identified as Rolbert Joachin. However, the portion of this story that is critical, and that was only revealed on Tuesday, is that we have another woman dead at the hands of an illegal alien. 

Rinse. Repeat.

The legacy media articles include video stills that clearly show a Black man walking away from the scene in the described clothing. Legacy media has no problem identifying the race of the subject when said subject is lacking in melanin or not part of a particular cultural or religious group. So, the fact that they refused to describe and identify this person clearly seen on a video is not only disingenuous but downright stupid.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Meyers, FL by bludgeoning her to death with a hammer is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2022. An immigration judge ordered Rolbert Joachim deported from the U.S. later that same year, but DHS says the Biden admin shielded him from deportation by granting him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024.

The Biden administration's criminal misuse of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) will haunt us for decades. The Venezuelans, Haitians, and others who were granted TPS are now deeply embedded in small towns and communities, most notably in Florida, Ohio, and Alabama. Remember Springfield, Ohio? Those terrible problems that gained national attention after citizens' outcry also occurred in other small towns like Athens, Albertville, and Sylacauga, Alabama, and Sunrise, Florida. 

The Trump administration revoked this illegal status in February, but activist judges blocked it, which has only created bigger issues. Until the United States Supreme Court rules on these cases, the Haitians can continue to work, but they are cut off from certain social safety nets and citizen privileges. In Alabama, these TPS Haitians were being given driver's licenses like candy. This was also the case in Ohio, which contributed to the driving up of insurance costs because of the increased accidents due to the fact that the Haitians didn't understand English or know how to follow the rules of the road. According to a CBS report from Florida, TPS Haitians who previously had one of those licenses are now unable to renew them.

Some of them are probably driving anyway. Bet.

Now we have an instance of one of those TPS Haitians purportedly committing murder.

Melugin's X post continued:

There is an extremely graphic video of the April 3rd killing on social media. Joachim is seen hitting a vehicle with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station. The clerk comes out to confront him, he walks right at her, and with full strength, he bludgeons her in the head with the hammer. She falls down unconscious and he crushes her head with the hammer 6 more times. 

He is now in local custody and ICE has placed a detainer on him. 

According to local reports, the car that Joachim was first attacking with a hammer belonged to Yasmin; so, she had a vested interest in confronting him. Questions have arisen about whether Yasmin and Joachim may have known each other. Now that the matter is in the hands of DHS, these questions diminish in importance and may never be answered.

 DHS issued this statement to FOX: 

“This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life,” said Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis.

Yet, these activist judges thwarting the Trump administration squawk about the inconvenience to these illegals who were allowed by the Biden administration to fraudulently reside, work, and traverse our country. Is there anything worse than a family losing a daughter or two children losing their mother?

"Inconvenient" doesn't even begin to cover it.
