CNN, which President Donald Trump is at war with, along with conflicts in 7 other countries against state and non-state actors, got the scoop that the White House will release a statement on America’s strategy in Syria.

Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats just said that a decision was made yesterday at the White House about withdrawing from Syria, per @barbarastarrcnn. He didn't say what the decision was, but that a statement is coming.

If the White House had anything resembling a sense of humor they would name the strategy Operation Sasquatch. Like the strategy, no one has actually seen Sasquatch, but everyone is certain it exists.

The options are pretty simple at this point: leave, stand there doing nothing, or fight.
