The only winning move is not to play.
If you haven't read Jennifer Oliver O'Connell's article yet about the MLB partner team that forfeited their game after refusing to wear "Pride Night" jerseys, you absolutely should. It's nothing short of inspiring.

What's enraging, however, is how the forfeit happened.
The York Revolution put out a statement about the cancellation of the entire game due to a handful of players refusing to wear Pride jerseys:
It is with great disappointment and that the York Revolution have issued important changes to our 11th Annual Pride Night on Thursday, June 18th. Most significantly, the scheduled game between York and Southern Maryland will not be played and Pride will still be hosted as a free admission event. Everyone’s tickets for the game on Thursday will be treated as a rainout that can be redeemed for any future game.
This decision was not reached lightly. Unfortunately, several of our players have refused to wear the scheduled Pride Night jersey and the club decided that hosting the event is more important than forcing players to wear jerseys they are not comfortable with and playing the game.
As a result, and out of respect for the Pride Community and the York community as a whole, the York Revolution has decided that the game on Thursday, June 18 will be forfeited and that Pride Night will continue on as the feature element of the evening at WellSpan Park.
Underneath the announcement and apology is a big tell that you shouldn't let slip by you.
Notice that the event continued, just not the game. They call it the "feature element." The thing is, if they were willing to cancel the game because the players didn't want to take part in something that they felt was against their core beliefs, then the game wasn't the featured event anyway. It was the display of approval for homosexuality and transgenderism.
In fact, I wouldn't even say it stops there.

It's the display of obedience to an ideological radicalism that the vast majority of America doesn't agree with, but they want normalized. They want to be seen pushing it and get all the benefits that come with it. They practically admit it themselves:
We feel that this is the best way to stay consistent with our long-standing partnerships with the Rainbow Rose Center, JLS Automation and the long list of allies that have always been key partners of the York Revolution’s success in York, Pennsylvania.
But the players of the York Revolution did something very brave. They likely aren't just going to walk away from this unscathed. I'm sure there will be attempts at cancellations, there will be people calling for their firing, they may face some fines, and possibly be forced into some sort of sensitivity training.
The point will, of course, not be to change their minds. They likely won't, given the reason for rejecting the LGBTQ+ agenda was likely born out of faith or some similar principle, but they likely do want others to see the repercussions. I can safely come to that conclusion because there's no reason for the announcement to have included the reason for the cancellation of the game. They specifically pointed out that players were refusing to do it:
The York Revolution announced it has canceled and forfeited its scheduled Thursday game against the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs after several players refused to wear the team's planned Pride Night jerseys.
But this is the price we're going to have to pay if we're going to defeat this movement. We have to deny the establishment the agenda on a base level. No matter what they do to intimidate, we have to hold strong and have our own show of strength to prove that they're not the real power in the room. Ultimately, we are. They can't function without us.
Being culturally conquered by these activists is a choice.
