Multiple reports say that an explosion has occurred in Manhattan with multiple injuries. It has also been reported that a building has collapsed. Rumor is that the explosion was caused by an IED in a dumpster. This, after a pipe bomb exploded in Seaside Park, New Jersey during the Semper Five 5K Charity run.
