WATCH: Insane Dem Senator Uses Hearing to Accuse Elon Musk of 'Nazi Salute,' Elise Stefanik Smashes Him

How stupid are Democrats? Better yet, how stupid do they think you are?

As I type this, various left-wing politicians and their press allies are trying to create a narrative that Elon Musk gave a "fascist salute" while speaking at President Donald Trump's victory rally on Monday. Did that happen? Of course, it didn't happen, but that didn't stop everyone from PBS News journalists or Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) from spreading the lie.

So what's the real story? Musk, who has publicly spoken about having autism, was awkwardly gesturing toward the crowd while saying, "My heart goes out to you." He wasn't giving a "nazi salute." He was patting his heart and pretending to throw it to those in the audience.

It took about five minutes for normal people to figure that out despite press outlets choosing to selectively edit the video (remember cheap fakes?). Democrats aren't normal, though, which means Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) decided to make the allegation again on Tuesday during a congressional hearing. While questioning Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), he falsely claimed that Musk performed a "nazi salute" that had "right-wing commentators" celebrating.

MURPHY: What do you think of Elon Musk, perhaps the president's most visible advisor, doing two "Heil Hitler" salutes last night at the president's televised rally?

STEFANIK: No, Elon Musk did not do those salutes. I was not at the rally, but I can tell you that I've been in many rallies with Elon Musk, who loves to cheer when President Trump we need to send our US space program to Mars. Elon Musk is a visionary. I'm looking forward to his work in DOGE, the Department of Government Efficiency, and look forward to looking into how we can be more efficient and effective. But that is simply not the case, and to say so, the American people are smart, they see through it. They support Elon Musk. We are proud to be the country of such successful entrepreneurs. That is one of our greatest strengths as Americans.

MURPHY: Let me share what a few Americans have said about it. Evan Kilgore, a right-wing political commentator wrote on X, "Holy crap, did Elon Must just heil Hitler at the Trump inauguration rally. This is incredible. We are so back."

I'm going to stop there with Murphy's quotes because I don't even want to give space to his idiocy. He is not listing off a bunch of "right-wing commentators." I'm a "right-wing commentator." The people he's quoting are literal neo-nazis, and he knows it. They do not speak for Elon Musk nor does Musk gesturing his gratitude to the crowd suddenly become ominous and fascist because some idiots twisted that to troll online.

What Murphy is doing is disgusting. It's a baseless, dishonest smear of not only Musk but also everyone on the right that he is attempting to paint as nazi sympathizers.

Once the Connecticut senator finished his rant, Stefanik let him know what she thought of his tactics.

STEFANIK: What concerns me is that these are the questions you believe are most important to the US Ambassador. I have a very strong record when it comes to combating antisemitism. We just had a historic election where President Trump earned historic support from Americans because of his strong leadership combatting antisemitism, which has been a scourge across the country, skyrocketing since October 7th.

So I intend to bring moral clarity to this position and continue to speak out as a voice, as a beacon of light condemning antisemitism at the United Nations which is representative of President Trump's record and President Trump's promises that he made on the campaign trail.

Shorter Stefanik: Sit down and shut up, you ridiculous clown.

There's real work to be done in this country. This stupid game Murphy is attempting to play doesn't work anymore, and it's an insult to Americans who expect their politicians to work for them instead of virtue-signaling for the too-online far-left. Newsflash: The legacy media doesn't have a monopoly on information anymore, which is why the claims about Musk were debunked almost immediately. Murphy can continue to beclown himself if he'd like, but all he's doing is showing exactly why his party got its tail whipped in November.
