Former FBI Director “Saint” James Comey was reportedly indicted Tuesday by the Department of Justice, the second time he’s been charged in less than a year.
He was famously indicted in September 2025 for making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding during the 2020 Senate Judiciary Committee’s investigation into “Russian interference” in the 2016 election. That indictment was squashed by a judge who ruled the prosecutor’s appointment was unlawful.

The charges are unclear at this point, but there are reports that it’s over a threatening social media post from May 2025. Comey famously seemed to openly call for “getting rid” of President Trump, then played the innocent, acting as if the director of the world’s premier law enforcement agency didn’t know what “86 47” meant.

The move comes after Trump fired (now former) Attorney General Pam Bondi in April and temporarily replaced her with the hard-charging Acting United States Attorney General Todd Blanche.
Comey has consistently been one of the most sanctimonious, holier-than-thou figures in the entire anti-Trump movement, and he's prone to using flowery language and writing books with lofty titles like A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership. Meanwhile, he was lying to the public about the “pee dossier” and the Russia collusion hoax.
