The violent anti-ICE father who attacked Turning Point USA reporter Savannah Hernandez earlier this April at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Minneapolis wants you to feel sorry for him. He thinks you should consider it okay to rough up women because, according to him, he and his family are not actually violent.
And of course, they were doing it for a noble cause, so it's justifiable.
This, despite their appearing on videotape clearly committing assault. Incredibly, ultra-woke Hennepin County District Attorney Mary Moriarty hasn’t yet found the time to charge the man, 51-year-old Chris Ostroushko, although she did manage to charge an ICE agent last Thursday with two counts of assault for actions he committed while on duty.
Now, poor misunderstood Ostroushko, who, as my colleague Ward Clark points out, “looks like a thumb,” is questioning whether he even wants to stay living in the United States.
Cry me a river:
UPDATE: Chris Ostroushko says that the backlash his family has been receiving for their actions last weekend has been “overwhelming” and “nonstop”

Savannah Hernandez’s lengthy tweet continues. The gall of this bullying creep is off the charts:
He’s now “second guessing” living in the United States, because he’s unhappy with how negatively the public has reacted to him assaulting a woman on camera.
He is in complete disbelief, stating that, "I've never had anything like this happen in my life".
Oh, you poor dear. Maybe don't go assaulting women, and it won't happen again.
Chris and Deyanna have been going on a press tour continuing to assert that they are the real victims, despite millions watching the footage of them instigating everything.
There is also a GoFundMe for them, where they are currently trying to raise $8k, stating that they’ve lost their jobs and, “are facing one of the most overwhelming and life-altering moments they have ever experienced”.
Has the family engaged in any self-reflection? Have they learned anything? Nope:
The family has still taken zero accountability for any of the violence they committed and are in complete shock that they are facing consequences for their actions.
Last week Chris also did an interview where he lied, stating that his family is “absolutely not violent" and that all he did was "stay back and watch" everything, despite being on camera shoving me multiple times.

To these folks, violence is a family affair:
NEW: The couple who attacked @Savsays has been identified as Chris Ostroushko and his daughter Paige Ostroushko, known for their involvement in leftist activist circles.

They frequently participate in anti-ICE and anti-American demonstrations.

Shortly after the incident, Paige was detained by police.
Where are all the women’s rights groups? And where's the outrage from the press? They’ve mostly platformed the family of goons, as our Brad Slager reported. Imagine if a conservative dude had violently shoved a liberal female down onto the concrete — The New York Times would have had headlines for days. MS NOW would have wall-to-wall coverage for a week.
I have a solution for this guy’s problems, however. If you’re unhappy living in the U.S., why don’t you get the hell out of here and take your repugnant daughter with you?
Editor’s Note: Democrats are fanning the flames and raising the rhetoric by comparing ICE to the Gestapo, fascists, and secret police.
