Raise your hand if you can name a position that Kamala Harris has taken on a serious matter and stuck to. Ah, yes, several hands are raised—abortion. Yes, we know that is an issue dear to her heart and basically her number one cause. But other than that?
Take fracking, for instance—is she for it or against it? If you listened to her own words, you wouldn’t have a clue because her public pronouncements have been completely contradictory:
"There’s no question, I’m in favor of banning fracking," she said in 2019. There was no if, and or but, she was quite unequivocal.
Of course, her position has changed in recent times as she's realized she has to face actual voters whose energy bills have exploded. If you’re confused, you’re not the only one:

Harris has given weird, nonsensical answers on the subject when pressed, saying that “her values have not changed”—even though her position clearly has.
The U.S. Oil & Gas Association on Monday took a Kamala Harris aide to task over the presidential contender’s constant pivoting on fracking.
The association weighed in on a Politico interview with Harris’ Climate Engagement Director Camila Thorndike.
In the interview, Thorndike was asked how Harris would reassure younger voters she remained committed to policies that protect the environment despite "promoting fossil fuels these last few months."
Thorndike said Harris wasn’t banning fracking but wasn’t promoting expansion either. She said the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) required new leases.
Oh I see. Now I understand Kamala’s deep-seated convictions. Wait, actually I don’t, because she doesn’t seem to have any.

The reality is that Kamala Harris has no actual principles and is willing to say or do whatever she thinks is necessary to win the election. She has flip-flopped on virtually every major issue out there and has proven in the past that she will do whatever is necessary to get votes.
