As we reported, former Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has been placed on a TSA surveillance list as part of its Quiet Skies program, which is supposedly aimed at protecting American air travelers from domestic terrorists. It just so happens that she was placed on that list on July 23—a day after she criticized Kamala Harris, Biden, and their weaponization of the government in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham.
She appeared on Ingraham’s program again Friday and called it a clear act of political retribution:
Laura, this is a clear act of political retaliation. There's no other way to put it. You laid out this sequence of events the very next day after my conversation with you on the air, warning the American people about how dangerous a Kamala Harris presidency would be.
I was placed on this domestic terror watch list, which is called the “Quiet Skies” list under the Department of Homeland Security. The clear pain and real visceral hurt that comes from this is... As you mentioned, like many Americans, I enlisted because of the terrorist attacks on 9/11 to go after the Islamist terrorists who attacked us on that day, and to now have my own government now turn around and put me on a domestic terror watch list it... it, it is…
It hits to the core and is the ultimate sense of betrayal. [emphasis added]

RETALIATION. A few weeks ago, I had the audacity to tell the truth: that Kamala Harris would essentially be a mouthpiece and puppet of the Military Industrial Complex and National Security State. The next day, July 23, they retaliated. Sadly this is what we can expect from the… pic.twitter.com/nxddO5TGTj

Sadly this is what we can expect from the “Harris” administration.
Tulsi's story should send a chill down the spine of every freedom-loving American.

Gabbard went on to describe how it has changed her life:
But we need to look at why they are doing this. It has a chilling effect. It sends a warning both to me and to anyone else who even thinks about daring to criticize our own government, which is a guaranteed protected right under the First Amendment, that that we will be subject to a violation of our 4th Amendment right to privacy through this kind of surveillance.
And that's, that's the biggest stress that's been caused by this entire situation, Laura, is now, forever… I will always be looking over my shoulder, wondering if and how our government in any of these different agencies, is surveilling me, watching me? Are they reading my text messages? Are they listening to my phone calls?
We’ve seen a lot of political retaliation out of this administration, but this instance seems to be one of the most blatant and disturbing. Now any regular person can be put on a terror watch list just for speaking their mind? As Ingraham said during the interview, “But Donald Trump's a totalitarian right? He's the dictator in waiting. OK.”
