As we wrote earlier on Saturday, three states were set to allot delegates as part of the Republican presidential primary season on Saturday -- during two caucus events and the Michigan GOP Convention. Two of them finished up early in the day, both going former President Donald Trump's way.

Now, the results of Idaho's caucus are in, and it wasn't even close with Trump winning over 70 percent of caucus goers in the Gem state, with about 77 percent of results reported [as of 7:24 p.m. MST]:

Trump garnered 26,214 votes (84.6%), while opponent, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley received 4,186 votes (13.5%).
The AP also confirmed the Republican front-runner's impressive results in Idaho Saturday.
