Dems Plotting Revenge for When, Not If, They Take Over Congress This Fall

If you need any motivation to do your patriotic civic duty and cast your vote in this fall's midterm elections, Democrats seem only too happy to help you out with some startling intentions that they are not seeking to hide.

In fact, they are using their vows of retribution to ignite their own followers, still suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, even after 11 years. What the nation has been put through because of that affliction!

The Democrats, of course, are not offering any actual new ideas or better policies to improve the country, mind you. That would be responsible and what the Founding Fathers had in mind. They just want to improve their power position, the ones they lost after the four-year conspiracy to prop up Joe Biden as the alleged commander in chief.

They do have a stark admission of what they intend to do when they erase the Republicans' slim majority control of the House of Representatives and, they hope, also take over the Senate.

They're detailing the numerous investigations they intend to undertake of people they see as Trump supporters and the actual imprisonments they even want of some who have worked for President Donald Trump and his programs and policies.

I have some thoughts on these threats. Leave yours in the Comments. Click on the flag to hear this week's short commentary:

Watching the country drift through the sad, foggy days of Joe Biden's gladly-departed presidency, I often found myself thinking of my sadly-departed father. Not because he was anything like that guy.

But because of the pathetic, unfeeling campaign by the Biden Crime Syndicate led by its real boss, Jill Biden, to sell the old man, who had trouble with screen doors, as sharp as a tack and clearly fit to serve as president for a second term.

Not because he was capable. But because they wanted the positions and powers that came to them from that.

Gimme a break! He had trouble with screen doors and uttering a coherent sentence, even when it was written out for him.

One term was bad enough.

But to think that a wife of that long and advisers who had served him for lackluster decades would try to prop the old guy up for their own ambitions and purposes was criminal.

Remember that June debate night in 2024 when his never-that-alert-mind-anyway went blank? Jill claims in her new memoir that she feared right then that he was having a stroke. Uh-huh. So, what urgent action did the loving wife take then?

She took him to a "victory" rally, then to a Waffle House photo-op for media, then on a long plane flight to another state for one more late-night mass rally.

If my father had displayed a fraction of the senility and faded competence of Joe, and anyone even hinted at pushing him into some activity like that for their own desires, I would have been all over them, even if it made me unemployed.

So, in this week's Sunday column, I called Jill's behavior exactly what it was, "elder abuse." Now, she's making a handsome sum from a sad attempt to cover her tracks. Read that commentary and see if you agree. The Comments are still open.

The most recent audio commentary looked at the emerging plans by New York City's new Muslim mayor, Zohran Mamdani, to seize private property there if its owners are not living up to his standards.

Can you say "communist"? I did.
