When Ted Cruz pointedly did not endorse Donald Trump tonight at the RNC, the crowd went wild. We caught a little bit of it on Periscope, when the crowd broke into a deafening chorus of boos as Cruz wrapped up and left the stage. Many others caught it was well. Was it spontaneous, though?
