Watch: Khamenei Funeral Becomes Platform for Anti-Trump Hate, Death Threats

The late and unlamented Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran until he was rendered to ambient temperature by American munitions, is finally officially looking at the grass from the wrong side. I won't shed a tear for this goblin, nor should anyone. But his funeral was, in Iran, apparently quite the spectacle, with a huge turnout; one wonders, indeed, how many of those people were motivated to attend by the promise of 9mm consequences if they declined.

There were, though, some committed regime loyalists, and in true goblin style, they brought signs marking American leaders as being on their target list. Watch:

As near as I can identify the people depicted, they are:

President Donald Trump (of course).
Conservative commentator and activist Ben Shapiro
Conservative activist and independent journalist Laura Loomer
Billionaire pro-Israel philanthropist Miriam Adelson
Billionaire Trump supporter Peter Thiel
CEO of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies Mark Dubowitz
American Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SD)

There are reports that similar posters were seen at other points in the funeral that portrayed Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth as well.

Last week, I wrote about what's left of the regime openly proposing the assassination of American leaders:

At that time, I wrote:

Remember, we have seen three assassination attempts against President Trump: Two during the campaign and one during his second term. These were attempts by amateurs, and yet one of them almost succeeded; the president escaped a fatal shot by a literal hair's breadth.
Any such attempt by a nation-state, with the resources of even a failed nation-state like Iran, would be very different; the attempt would be made by trained people, well-equipped, well-prepared, almost certainly working in a team of 2-3, possibly - likely - with more than one shooter. Iran has people like that, just as we do, just as any nation-state would.
There are, right now, between 20,000 and 30,000 Iranian nationals in the country illegally, having entered, mostly, across the southern border and again, mostly, during the four years of the Biden administration's non-enforcement of the border. If one percent of those are some kind of operative, infiltrated into the United States while the border was wide open, then that makes up 200-300 possible hostile operators.

It's easy to see these people as clownish and ineffectual, but this is a serious matter.

There are too many Iranians already present in the United States, legally and (more concerning) illegally. Thanks to four years of non-enforcement by the Biden administration, we now have little idea where many of these people are right now, what they might be doing, or what they may intend. Now, the X commenter above, Libs of TikTok, is absolutely correct that the Department of Homeland Security (and, presumably, the CIA) should be working right now to identify these goblins and make sure they never come within a hundred miles of American territory. It's a safe bet Israel is already making such efforts.

Yes, many of these people waving these signs may be clownish and ineffectual. But behind them are people who are capable and serious, and we underestimate them at our peril. None of these people should ever be allowed anywhere near any modern nation.
