Lest we forget just how bad, how feckless, how incompetent and, yes, how anathema to America's founding principles and the best interests of the citizens the Biden administration was, now there's this: Allegations have surfaced that the Biden-Harris administration may have slipped millions of dollars to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with ties to terrorist groups. Taxpayer dollars, mind you, sent to anti-Israel and pro-terrorist groups, in what can only be called a betrayal of the American people.
The House Judiciary Committee released a memo on Friday that details what it says is a pattern of neglect and abuse of taxpayer funds during the Biden administration. These funds, according to the memo, went directly and indirectly to anti-Israel protests and terrorist-linked NGOs.
The funds were disbursed through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the State Department and other federal agencies.
Did we need a better justification for President Trump slamming the door shut on USAID? Here we are.
The House Judiciary Committee has released a press release on the matter, which you can view here, and it presents has quite the list of findings:
The Committee's New Key Findings:
- U.S. nonprofit Rockefeller Brothers Fund provided nearly $4 million to radical, anti-Israel groups, including some with alleged ties to terrorist organizations;
- USAID grantee and tax-exempt organization, the Tides Network, provided over $1 million to anti-Israel groups, including some with ties to terrorist organizations;
- U.S. nonprofits, the Jewish Communal Fund, and its grantees, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and PEF Israel Endowment Funds, may be violating section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by funding radical anti-Israel groups;
- Israeli nonprofit, Movement for Quality Government, has failed to cooperate with the Committee's inquiry concerning its funding of anti-Israeli-government NGOs;
- According to a 2023 audit, Israeli nonprofit and U.S. government grantee Abraham Initiatives failed to comply with anti-terrorism procedures.
The Tides Network, remember, is associated with a notorious name in American leftist, anti-Israel activism: George Soros. The Tides Network, while not founded by Soros, frequently acts as a pass-through for Soros funds going to far-left causes. As for the rest, it's a laundry list of anti-Israel, anti-American causes.

This isn't the first such investigation that the House Judiciary Committee has undertaken. Another memo, from 2025, showed that the Committee was already, at that time, looking into the questionable spending of taxpayer monies, again through the mechanism of USAID. The 2025 memo, as background for their investigation, states:
In 2023, Israel experienced widespread protests over the plan of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to reform the Israeli judicial system. The Biden-Harris Administration openly opposed the proposed reforms, with former President Joe Biden saying that Israel “cannot continue down this road.” Media reports subsequently revealed that some U.S. taxpayer money, in the form of grants, had been funneled through various American and Israeli NGOs to fund these protests in part. The use of federal grants for such purposes risks harming America’s relationship with one of its closest allies and undermines core civil liberties.
Look, I'm far from the first guy to point a finger and shout "Treachery," but some of this spending walks right up to the line of providing aid and comfort to organizations that are opposed to the ideals and principles of the United States of America. USAID, under the Biden administration, was funding NGOs that were allegedly providing support themselves to not only anti-Israel groups, but groups with ties to terrorist organizations. And then there's the Soros link; the Soros family that has opposed everything the United States stands for for a couple of generations now.
Now, the downside: Is it likely that any person or group will face serious consequences for this? Not likely. But we can be glad for one thing, and that is that USAID is no longer in operation. And, once more, if we want to keep it that way, in November, at all hazards, vote!
