It's happening again. Only days after King Charles III and Queen Camilla's visit to the United States, the United Kingdom's government has raised its terror threat level to Severe. This has prompted the American embassy in London to issue a warning to Americans in the UK. It has been less than three days since the last terrorist attack in Britain, that being the Golders Green attack.

Event: UK Government Raises National Terrorism Threat Level to “SEVERE”
On Thursday, April 30, the government of the United Kingdom raised its national terrorism threat level to “SEVERE,” meaning a terrorist attack is highly likely. The National Threat Level increased to SEVERE following the Golders Green terrorist attack on April 29, 2026. The recent increase in terrorist threats is driven by a rise in Islamist and extreme right-wing terrorist threats in the UK.
More information about UK threat levels is available at the MI5 website .
Actions to Take:
- Stay alert in public places, including schools, hospitals, churches, tourist locations, and transportation hubs.
- Vary your travel routes and times to reduce predictability.
- Keep a low profile.
- Remain aware of your surroundings, including local events.
- Review your personal security plans.
- Report social media threats and suspicious activity to local authorities.
- Monitor local news for updates.
The United Kingdom has also released a warning, setting the threat level at Severe. The URL for the UK's warning, interestingly, includes the phrase "terrorism national emergency." Here's how the UK reckons threat levels:
National threat level
The threat to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) from terrorism is severe.
The threat to Northern Ireland from Northern Ireland-related terrorism is substantial.
Threat levels
There are 5 levels of threat:
- low - an attack is highly unlikely
- moderate - an attack is possible but not likely
- substantial - an attack is likely
- severe - an attack is highly likely
- critical - an attack is highly likely in the near future
Severe, then, is one step below "any minute now."
This has been a growing problem for some time now, and all of these warnings, alarms, alarums, and alerts all seem to stem from the same demographic: "Refugees" from North Africa and the Middle East, many of whom entered Britain illegally.

The United Kingdom is now paying for all the people they welcomed onto their island home, many with little or no screening or vetting. Many, probably most, of these people came to the United Kingdom with no intention of adopting British customs, British culture, and it sure seems like they have no intention of abiding by British laws. The UK's government has brought them to this pass with feckless immigration policies; they have imported the third world, and now they are becoming the third world.
The issued warnings do not indicate from where the threat arises or what form any such attack may take. If you're planning a vacation to Europe this year, you may want to rethink that. If you're in Britain now, keep your head down. And, stay tuned; if anything comes out of this warning, we'll bring you the news.
