Leonel Moreno, an illegal alien from Venezuela, welfare fraudster, and "influencer" who advocates for other illegal immigrants to not only follow in his illegal footsteps but also to take over American homes as squatters — because it's not bad enough that he and his ilk are in our nation illegally, but he is proposing they take over our property illegally.
The worst part about all this is: He's right.
Leonel Moreno, the illegal immigrant "migrant influencer" who has urged his followers to use squatter laws to take over vacant American homes, took to Instagram Wednesday after an apparent TikTok ban to mock American taxpayers.
In a series of five short clips, Moreno flaunted a stack of cash, bragged about not having to work and also mocked fellow migrants who come to the U.S. to work cleaning, construction and landscaping jobs.
He's right. These people don't have to work at cleaning and construction jobs. They can do very well off the U.S. taxpayers, who put them up in hotels and give them cash cards. Moreno doesn't have to work. He certainly isn't — he's cashing in on social media.
Moreno's TikTok account, which had more than 500,000 followers, appeared to have been removed as of Wednesday. In prior videos, he claimed that his family received $350 a week in government handouts since entering the U.S. illegally and has been raking in up to $1,000 a week on the video platform.
He's right. The system is set up to be gamed, and he's gaming it. Bear in mind he's doing all this while supposedly on the run from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), as I reported only yesterday.

I'll believe that when he's arrested and deported.
Moreno makes no bones about gaming the system, and this is the worst part: He does it while openly mocking the rest of us.
He also mocked people who work for a living, including fellow migrants who came to the U.S. to find jobs.
"You're hurt because I make more than you without much work while you work like slaves, understand?" he said. "That's the difference between you and me. I'm always going to make lots of money without much work, and you're always going to be exploited and miserable and insignificant."
Bear in mind that he's not just mocking other illegal aliens. He's mocking us.
He's mocking every American who gets up in the morning and goes to work. He's mocking every American who plays by the rules, who is honest, who uses their skills, talents, and abilities to exchange value for value as honest people do in the open market.
He's mocking every American who worries over their grocery and heating bills and thinks about taking on a second job to keep a roof over his or her family's heads.
He's mocking every American who sweats over their tax return, and who actually pays attention to the amount of money taken by the government by the threat of force, some of which money that we earn goes to keep people like Moreno, who are not even living in the country legally, comfortable and well-fed while they game our system.
And while he's mocking us, the crisis just keeps getting worse and worse, while the incompetent Biden administration does...nothing.

Leonel Moreno, I remind the readers, cut off his ankle monitor — another crime — so that he may move freely about, posting his rants on social media, while ICE seems unable to track an IP address so they can find this little unmentionable and arrest him. And after that, forget holding him — give him a one-way ticket to Caracas, make damn sure he's on the plane when it takes off, and double-dog dare Nicolás Maduro to try sending him back.
Until the federal government, whose job it is to enforce immigration laws, starts hunting down, arresting, and deporting cheats and scammers like Leonel Moreno, nothing will change, and the mess that is our immigration system will just keep getting worse.
