Oprah Asks Beto O'Rourke If He Is The Next Hope And Change Savior

In the middle of a train wreck week for the national Democrats, one event shines through all the mayhem and gives our friends on the left something to smile about.

When Beto O Mania met Oprah.

Oprah met Beto on Tuesday afternoon in New York City and the magic was in the air for the first meeting of two people who are known by their first names. Of course, I think Oprah is actually Oprah’s name, unlike Robert Francis O’ Rourke aka BETO.

What did the confab in New York reveal? Well, Beto is “thinking” about running for the Democratic nomination for President.

Duh.

According to Washington Post

Beto O’Rourke crept to the edge of announcing a presidential bid here during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Tuesday afternoon, saying that he was leaning toward a run and would make a final decision by the end of the month.

In a theater in Times Square — and sandwiched in a program that started with actor Michael B. Jordan and ended with actor-director Bradley Cooper — the former Texas congressman outlined the case for a Democratic candidate who could knit together a divided country and dropped hint after hint that he believes that candidate should be him.

“I have been thinking about running for president,” he said, to a large round of applause.

“And what’s your conclusion?” Winfrey asked as leaning forward, urging him to get into the race. “Are you running?”

“That’s a big question for us to think through,” he said. “I’ve got to tell you. You can tell. I’m so excited at the prospect of being able to play that role.”

Being able to play that role? Are you running for President or are you trying out for a Hallmark CHIRSTmas movie for later this year?

Coming off of his defeat to Ted Cruz last November, O’Rourke has some momentum at his back to take this nomination process over. This is not unusual for someone who just lost a race being in American Political history we have numerous examples of people bouncing back.

According to Open Secrets he raised almost 80 million in his loss to Cruz with almost 37 million dollars of that coming from contributions of 200 dollars or less. What that means is the guy has appealed to a lot of people.

Just watch the video from the W.P. and see how Oprah gives him the Obama googly eyes.

Plus, if you don’t follow the electoral college the GOP will never win another Presidential election if they lose Texas. This is something that Trump 2020 should be taking a really good look at it being if this guy runs he can do some things the other 20 candidates currently declared can’t.

Beto is going to run and this “interview” with Oprah was just meant to give him an opportunity to meet her and the audience that hangs on her every word. This Oprah meeting ( soon to be a blessing) worked in 2008 with Barrack during the primaries and you better believe it can happen again.

If you don’t think so, then just change your name to something Spanish to impress people and call it a day.
