Earlier this week, President Trump struck a fiery note when speaking from the Oval Office about Hamas' apparent decision to halt the release of more Israeli hostages due ostensibly to Israel, at least according to the terrorists, not upholding its end of the ceasefire agreement.

This threat from Hamas did not sit well with the president, who told the terrorists in no uncertain terms that he's had it with the release of the hostages in "dribs and drabs" and set a deadline of 12 o'clock Saturday for all hostages to be returned to Israel or "hell" would "break out":

“As far as I’m concerned, if all of the hostages aren’t returned by Saturday at 12 o’clock — I think it’s an appropriate time — I would say, cancel it and all bets are off and let hell break out."

Israel backed up the president's sharp words with a warning of their own: Release the hostages or "intense military operations" would resume until Hamas is obliterated.

“We’re talking about these Israeli hostages arriving back in Israel,” David Mencer, a spokesperson for the Israeli government, said Thursday. “If that does not happen by Saturday, noon, the ceasefire will end and the IDF will resume intense military operations until Hamas is fully defeated.”

Following these threats from the United States and Israel, Hamas indicated they'd resume the agreed-to schedule of hostages being released every Saturday, saying in a statement: "Hamas confirms continuation in implementing the agreement in accordance with what was signed, including the exchange of prisoners according to the specified timetable."

'All Hell is Going to Break Out': Trump Puts Hamas on Notice in Fiery Oval Office Remarks

Joy As Four More Israeli Hostages Are Released, Including Young Woman Seen in That Horrific Oct. 7 Video

On Friday, Hamas released the names of the three hostages that are set to be freed on Saturday: "They are Russian-Israeli Alexander Troufanov, Argentine-Israeli Yair Horn, and US-Israeli Sagui Dekel-Chen."

There's a very good reason that President Trump has ramped up pressure on Hamas to ditch the "dribs and drabs" approach and immediately return all hostages being held in Gaza, and it's the deplorable condition in which the hostages are being returned. The most recent trio to be released, which included American Keith Seigel, were in a clear state of physical, mental, and emotional distress, having obviously suffered greatly at the hands of their Hamas captors.

The now-freed Seigel released a video Friday thanking President Trump for hastening his release, pleading with the leader of the free world to get all the hostages home, and sharing disturbing details of his time in captivity.

"My name is Keith Siegel, and I am a 65-year-old American citizen. I love country music and I love pancakes on a Saturday morning.

But that was my previous life. Since February 1st, I am a newly released Hamas hostage. I am a survivor. I was held for 484 days in unimaginable conditions, and every single day felt like it could be my last.

President Trump, you are the reason I am home alive. You are the reason I was reunited with my beloved wife, four children, and five grandchildren.

Thank you for your continued fight against terror and for your bold leadership that brought me and many others back home to our families, to safety and to security.

When I was in Gaza, I lived in constant fear, fear for my life and my personal safety. I was starved and tortured both physically and emotionally. When the war intensified, the terrorists who held me treated me even worse than usual. The terrorists kicked me, spat on me, and held me with no water, no light, and no air to breathe.

Mr. President, once again your leadership, power, and authority are necessary to enforce the cease-fire and put an end to the unnecessary daily dangers and to the lives of innocent hostages and civilians. Your leadership and strength will ensure the agreement is honored by all sides. That is what will allow all 76 hostages to return home to their families.

I trust your strength and leadership, Mr. President. The helpless hostages in the dark, cold tunnels in Gaza also trust you. Please bring them home."

There hasn't yet been an official White House response to Seigel's plea, but the president's spokeswoman, Karoline Leavitt, did tweet out: "God Bless Keith Siegel."

It remains to be seen if resuming the "dribs and drabs" approach to freeing the hostages will be enough for the Trump administration, but "wait and see" doesn't seem to be their preferred course of action. With this week's release of American Marc Fogel from a modern-day Russian gulag and a steely determination to see all hostages released, it's a good bet that the administration will be applying pressure on Hamas to end the atrocity.

We'll leave you with this—the beautiful moment Keith Seigel was reunited with his daughters after 484 days apart. Let's pray all of the remaining hostages and their families get their happy reunions very soon.
