❌ In Vizguerra-Ramirez v. Choate (habeas/removal of protesters), Judge Nina Wang (Colorado) ENTERS judgment in favor of plaintiff.
The Supreme Court is expected to hand down additional opinions on Thursday.

I hate to break it to whichever health officials or political powerbrokers are banking on Hantavirus being COVID Redux, but it ain't happening. I have no doubt that this rodent-centric bug is nasty and that I (and most sane people) want zero to do with it. But the pandemic porn ship has sailed. Maybe in another decade or so, our feeble, easily distracted memories will have moved on enough that it will work again. But right now, there are far too many of us still dealing with the aftereffects — and, frankly, the psychic trauma — of what was done to us in the name of "safety" and "science."
We're not doing this again.
