#1 - Taxpayer-Funded Riots: Here's What We Found When We Followed the Money in Los Angeles — by Jennifer Van Laar

According to their website, their core leadership development activities are:

  • Wise Up! (youth leadership development program mentoring high school students in 15 Los Angeles schools).
  • California Dream Network (mobilize college students in 30 California colleges and universities around immigration reform; boasts 5,000 veteran leaders).
  • Contamos Contigo Census Campaign
  • Disaster Assistance for Immigrants (to distribute COVID-19 aid)
  • Organizing low-wage workers, including day laborers, street vendors, and domestic workers who do not reap the benefits of labor laws.
  • LA Raids Rapid Response Network (focuses on advocacy, direct action to shut down detention centers, and connecting immigrants facing detention and deportation to legal representation).

Basically, our taxpayer dollars are going to train high school and college students in how to break immigration law and become Marxist agitators, to ensure illegal aliens are counted in the U.S. Census, to organize illegal aliens already in the country, and to fund their legal representation against deportation.

And that's just in their leadership development section. They also have a filmmaking section, an affiliate organization in Mexico, the CHIRLA Action Fund (through which they can endorse political candidates), and more.

#2 - New: Israeli Strikes on Iran Much Larger Than Initially Thought, Stunning Details Emerging — by Bonchie

Iran's top nuclear scientists are also dead, representing a major blow to the nation's ability to restart enrichment at some point.

Ali Shamkhani, the head of Iran's nuclear program and a chief adviser to the Mullahs, was reportedly targeted in the opening wave. It has not been confirmed whether that strike was successful or not, but if he was killed, it would be a huge development.

We also know that this was just the beginning. Shortly before this was published, a second wave of fighters began heading for Iran, and the Israelis have already announced they are in this for the long haul. Much of what we are going to see moving forward will be targeting Iran's ability to retaliate. Most of its air defenses have already been destroyed, and its ballistic missile sites will be a top target. In fact, some have already been hit.

#3 - Watch: Protesters Breach Barriers, Rush the US Capitol — by Nick Arama

CNN reported they were a veterans group against "fascism." It looks like someone got hurt when those barriers went over.

Sixty of the protesters were arrested, then marched to a bus and taken away.

Police said, “All will be charged with unlawful demonstration and crossing a police line. Additional charges for some will include assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.”

This comes as D.C. is getting ready for the big 250th birthday of the Army celebration on Saturday. You already had leftists like Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz putting it down and saying he hopes it gets rained on. Imagine a sitting governor saying that about the military.

#4 - Must-See: Rioter Assaults LASD Deputy, and a Bystander Delivers a Lesson He'll Never Forget — by Bonchie

That's when a bystander, who can be seen in a white shirt, gets involved and delivers a lesson the rioter will never forget. This is simply incredible.

That may be the best form tackle I've ever seen, and it's one the rioter won't be forgetting anytime soon. When he turned to strut away after hitting the deputy, you could tell that he thought he was in the clear. There was an arrogance about his body language...until there wasn't, and he ended up planted firmly into the ground.

#5 - Massive Setback for Rioters, Democrats After DHS Announces Results of Latest LA Immigration Sweep — by Sister Toldjah

As I've noted before, implicit in what we're seeing take place in California from the violent woketivists and their Democrat/media accomplices is that if they keep at it long enough, President Trump is going to get ICE to back down from the immigration sweeps that Democrats like Gov. Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass have blamed for the start of the riots.

Now, obviously, that's not going to happen, considering the National Guard is already on the ground in Los Angeles at his order, and the Marines are reportedly on their way as well.

Nevertheless, the rioters kept proceeding with the arson, the rock throwing, and the Molotov cocktail hurling, though ultimately it resulted in some of them getting identified and with their images being plastered on "most wanted" posters by the DOJ, while some of the other criminal illegals who allegedly participated in the chaos and violence have been arrested and charged with attempted murder.
