It's a Tuesday in November and it's a big Election Day for several different states and municipalities. There are gubernatorial races in Kentucky and Mississippi, a special election for one of Rhode Island's two House seats, critical ballot measures regarding abortion and marijuana in Ohio, a state Supreme Court election in Pennsylvania, and the entire General Assembly (House of Delegates and Senate alike) in Virginia.
