You'd think after years of being hammered in the court of public opinion and defeated in courts of law, that Democrats would have learned their lesson on the issue of transgender "women" in women's sports.
In the immediate aftermath of the 2024 election, where then-Vice President Kamala Harris' groveling to the trans community about taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for convicted criminals, including illegal aliens, was cited as a factor in her loss to President Trump, there was one Democrat politico who seemingly saw the light on the issue.
Democrat Rep. Seth Moulton (MA-06) called out his party over its failure to treat women and their concerns about men in women's spaces with the seriousness and respect they deserved. In infamous remarks that landed him in hot water with the woketivists, Moulton stated that "I have two little girls, I don’t want them getting run over on a playing field by a male or formerly male athlete, but as a Democrat I’m supposed to be afraid to say that."

Needless to say, there was an attempt to cancel Moulton, so much so that he's done his fair share of groveling in the aftermath to "prove" he still stands with the Alphabet Mafia.
But he took the groveling to a whole new depraved level in his primary debate with Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) on Monday night in Massachusetts:
During Monday’s debate, Moulton apologized to transgender children and the broader transgender community. Moulton has faced backlash following the 2024 election when he told the New York Times in an interview that he would not want his daughters “getting run over on a playing field by a male or formerly male athlete.”
“To the trans community feeling the weight and the pain of the Trump administration policies, I deeply recognize your trauma, and I’m sorry if my comments hurt you,” Moulton said Monday. “If you’re in the trans community or you’re a trans kid feeling the weight of the Trump administration and the Supreme Court, you matter, you’re valued, and I will always have your back.”

This is just sick and twisted, and just shows how much of a stranglehold militant trans activists have on the Democrat Party after all this time. I didn't have "House Democrat sells out his daughters to win a primary election" on my bingo card, and yet here we are.
